typical day at work usually starts with setting up computers for troubleshooting and getting parts is needed. Working at CNB computers I have learned how to diagnose problem and find solution.   I had one time when I had to ask few days off for personal leave due to family emergency and had no problems of getting it. I did make recommendations to department manager to what changes can be done which will make improvements and had impression like I am not important enough to be heard. This company need better management over all not only one or two particular departments. I can not say that all employees are are friendly but among all companies I have worked for this is most chilled and friendly place. once we had BBQ and CEO brought beer for everyone. Sadly that the philosophy of this company is "quantity over quality" therefor people get paid very poorly and it has negative effect on the job they do. You have to work lots but paid bare minimum. And you getting promoted not because you are qualified for the job but because the department manager wants you there.

Pros:
. Exposure to wide range of computers laptops, desktops, and other forms
. Good for new grad students to get hands on experience
. Bonus at the end of each year and new year party
. Employees get discount on computers and monitors
. Salary raise every year (0.25cents - 2 dollars / hour) based on status and experience.

Cons:
. Start with minimum wage
. Too much pressure on employee to complete orders (you need to assemble 85 computer at least per day)
. No career advancement as the company privately owned and operated.
. You might get shout out at in front of other employees if you did not complete the order on time 
. Many employee have limited knowledge about computers and do not speak English properly

•	Assembled computers using all major hardware components.

The top and most productive style of my current company is its management style. The task divides in steps in order the make the product more accurate and reliable. Work friendly environment and well trained employees who are really cooperate with new employee. Overall, I have great experience while working with this company

My work day start with a new excitement to learn more. During customer support interacting with people and finding the ways to solve the problems is the best part of my job.It helps me to improve more everyday.Data entry teaches me the best possible ways how to manage the work and do multitasks.

I don't have much to say. It's a good place to start if you have no prior experience. Senior staff is good. However, wages are minimum. Some co-workers are rude, and they only come to work to do their politics. My suggestion is to not get involved and just focus on earning your money.

One of the best staffs that any company can have, people are friendly, only drawback is employees are not valued.
Management yells and screams at anyone, no company ethics followed.
Pay is way too less as compared to the job given.

The work is really good. I learned a lot of stuff about hardware, how to fix screens, change hard drives, rams and also did imaging of refurbished laptops. 

The management wasn't good enough. They didn't care but the employees. They just want all the work to be done, they weren't polite and were very rude.

Fun if you have good coworker. There is lot of politics going on inside. Favourism is at the peak. 

No internal position posting, Will not promote even if you exceed the skill needed for the position, they just promote someone they know. Everyone is relative of someone in there.
