Supervisors have their kids on same crew. Favortism is big..
Equipment cabs are filthy as the operators have poor hygiene and are not disciplined. 
Flint construction embedded with  as truck operators. Bad attitude s and not safe..Revolving door.
No advancement unless you are a family member

CNRL as a company is above most, but working at the Horizon Project is extreamly frustrating. Everyone doe's the CYA thing virtually making it almost Impossible to get anything done mostly due to the huge size of the site. Most bosses are real good though.

Working at one of CNRL's smaller site's is by far a much better option.

Great Company to work, Very Professional management.Great learning enviroment and freedom to suggest new ideas. Great facility and team enviroment, good place to work with.

The people i work with are awesome and the culture is very family. The company keeps you up to date on all tickets and provides access to them and overtime if needed.

As long as i made money for company I was respected otherwise. You have to do thing and behave to make upper Managemet happy

The most important for CNRL is Safety and the collaborative way that any level show to you. No discrimination and very diverse culture. Good Trainings  and orientations

Company is downsizing and trimming costs.
Sticking to fly in and fly out which hurts the local economy.
Very cost effective.
Expanding through acquisitions.

Small motivated company that makes you feel like part of the family. You are not a "number" with SRS unlike larger companies. Hours and wages are fairly set and rewards are given to employees.
