Working here has its pros and cons. I will say this about the company though, it is a relaxed environment and you are able to make friends here easily. You also have a lot of leeway with your schedule and if you can’t come in one day there would be no repercussions. The cons though… this place runs on nepotism. A big chunk of workers are close friends or family with managers or board members. It is extremely hard to be heard on a professional level, no HR, and little to no way to get a pay raise. You can be the top call taker on your shift and do so much extra work and not even be recognized for it. The board members rule everything, not the managers. We work on a computer 8 hrs a day with no way to entertain ourselves on slow days. We look like zombies because thats what the board members want. These men will walk around the floor and stand behind you for a long period of time making call takers nervous. If you decide to get ubereats one day to the call centre they threaten to fire you! I have a lot more to say having been here for 6 years but this review should be enough. Long story short, work here if you want to be part time and are in school. Don’t if your a true professional looking for a way to live.

There are too many things in a single day to do. My typical day starts with complaints to service and to company promotional ideas. Everyday I have to take follow up of all the complaints that I have registered a day before and listening to the new complaints from the companies drivers about what they are facing with the product they are using like Computer in cars and Debit machines and how they wants things to be done in their way. Higher Management is extremely supportive with my work because they are always there for me whenever i have to take certain actions with and without their permission. As they trust my work and actions. Co-workers are also supportive whenever they need any kind of information or they don't know how to fix few things so they call me every single time. The most enjoyable part of this job is handling new troubles everyday because it gives me new lessons everyday.

I would advise against working there, no HR, Company doesn’t care about the staff who keep the place going and even less about their customers. If you’re not a driver, or related to a driver or car owner good luck being treated fairly or moving anywhere within company, no professionalism, no standards, and employees have no recourse. Positions are not filled by having experience, or education or even if you’re an exceptional employee with fantastic communication skills. They have no standards, in fact it seems like the more uneducated, naive and unprofessional and don’t forget “cute”you are the more you work, and it’s very blatant!

Only favourite drivers get good trips. Customer not showing waste of time and fuel. Customer not paying after service.

Changed few times while I was there for 7years. Good, bad, ok

You are spending lots of time waiting for a trip

I enjoy my job , speaking with different customers, love dealing with the drivers as they like tell about their day or dealing with different customers.
I work in my own office and love handling the accounts receivable and payables. Some times dealing with the owners of the taxi cabs can be hard with the language barrier.

Women will be touched inappropriately daily! Never sit in front! Brokers should be run out! 92 immigrant shareholders that are disgusting excuses for humans! Can't wait for the day that you get shut down theiving wastes of skin and oxygen! What goes around comes around scum bags!!

This was a good environment to work. Good people, laid back and sometimes extreme pressure gave us a rush but then could rest up for the next emergency. My direct supervisor was a friendly and dedicated employer who wanted everybody to be working in a positive environment.

I miss working here tremendously! All of the managers are extremely helpful. The GM is truly there for the employees and tries his best to make sure everyone has the tools they need to advance in their role and optimize their skills. The team is great, with everyone being very laid back and friendly. 

Because every workday is different, people acquire experience. Utilizing lean methodology to manage time effectively.
Understanding of the culture performance. No matter how difficult the day is, stay upbeat and try your best to make the most of it.
