COLORI

Colori was my first sales associate job and i must say from being there for 1 year I've learned a lot, I've learned how to communicate with clients well and be work on my team work skills, I've also learned how to deal with responsibility. Working at colori was a great experience because i got to be close with many of my co-workers and we were more like a family. The hardest thing for me for colori was that i was  a bit too shy when people in the store didn't want any help and my manager would force me to speak to them even if they don't want to be bothered. The management wasn't very organized to be completely honest, there was no cameras and people would take advantage of it and my manager wouldn't do much about it.  The most enjoyable part of working at colori was serving clients and helping them pick what they would want to buy for dates, vacations or just for the seasons itself! I enjoyed building a relationship with clients and pretend that their shopping with a friend so they are as comfortable as ever.

It’s a easy job and the clothes are cute so they’re easy to sell to the clients. We have weekly goals (the same $$ made the year before that same day) which honestly sucks... The salary is minimum wage, so it’s not really much. They have some weird rules, like you cant wear jeans but can wear jean shorts...? Overall its a easy and nice experience for a full-time student like myself. My store isn’t very flexible about taking days off, even if they know im a full time student and also only a part time employee...

typical day: attend to customers, build relationships, keep environment tidy, fashion consulting, selling products, always remain friendly and patient.
Most enjoyable part: fashion consulting, communicating with costumers and making sells  
Hardest part: keeping energy  up while store was quiet
Management: Friendly at first, then completely disappeared

Very quiet and not much action. This job is good if your in school and need something part time for a low income flow. Only good thing, its located in a mall so you can get discounts on some stores and the food court is very close.I do not recommend if you are doing this full time.

My work experience such as my day at work, what I learned,management, my co workers ,the hardest part of my joy and the most enjoyable part of my job, has nothing to do with any job I apply for and is nobody's bussiness but my owne.

I basically did the job of the manager and go no raise for it. Also ran the store for two months on my back and no recognition. Overall feeling of just being a number 

Theres not a lot of clients due to Covid. There was not a-lot of hours and no one could make the goals to sell per person. The people there were quite nice.
