The work is great, the management is seriously lacking. Love the company and what they stand for, loved going out east and spending time with people that share the core values. Unfortunately they have a complete moron overseeing the Winnipeg branch from Toronto. He preaches open door policy but would rather just believe what other people say and fire you on the spot for no reason. Poor example of management and what this company represents.

They have a new branch manger in place that has really turned the ship around, there are a lot of changes but they all seem for the good. I like the fact that he wants to help whenever he has time and he listens when we need to change something. It is a fast paced work environment but there's always someone to give a hand when you need it.

Comairco is a family-owned business, with plenty of room for employee growth and training. The pay is fair, and if you work well, it's easy to get more money through bonuses! I recommend working at this company, especially for someone who is looking for a stable, long-term job, but can continue to grow and specialize. 

Job instability is the main problem at this company. Employees are brought in, leave, or fired almost every day. No support from management. Due to the lack of staff in various departments, everyone worked under stress and pressure more than usual.

From direct supervisor to the owners everyone makes you feel valued.The work life balance is good and the pay is competitive. The company truck is a nice bonus. It can be fast paced at times but it’s rewarding if you like that good team at a good company very few complaints.

The owners are literally the best I've seen. They are generous and treats you right. Every employee is nice to talk to. The work is pleasing and they pay good money. The only thing that's not working there is the mechanics boss. Other than him every thing seems perfect

Seriously, apply you wont regret it!! Toronto location made me feel so welcomed and the management was always so kind! Management is super great to the point they help you to reach your goals and celebrate your success !

Management and staff were very supportive and were willing to take the time to educate and help me grow when needed.  Wages were very good and there was room to grow.

Really enjoy my job and the team is what makes it the most enjoyable. Great management and leadership. Training is offered and someone is always willing to help out. Very glad to be apart of this company.

Worked here for a year and a half, nice family business, pay was a bit low compared to industry standard, competitor lured me away with better pay. No hard feelings.
