COMMERCIAL CLEANING

A very busy environment. The female workers were very difficult to work with.. Always creating drama.  That was difficult to work with. Otherwise the job was ok. I learned to be careful who you talk to because there was a great deal of animosity between the employees. The most enjoyable part of the job was that time went by very quickly.

Dont get paid all the hours you work, you have to fight to get paid for everything you do. Management is really bad, they dont care about their employers at all.  Dont provide proper equipment for the job. Some employees are favored over others, especially bosses children that work for the company.  You are better off working anywhere but here.

Cleaned bathrooms, emptied garbage, dusted, vacuumed, swept and mopped floors on 3 levels.  Also cleaned the cells on a daily basis.  I had no co-workers, but got along with the employees at the station.  The hardest part of the day was handling everything on my own.  The most enjoyable part of the day was my interaction with employees and officers of the station.

A good first entry job experience but its not for everyone, I learned a lot from commercial cleaning. One thing I learned about this job is amount of hard work and dedication that needs to be put when working.

Worked for Walmart Canada for 22 years. Was a great company to work for, met and worked with many great people. I enjoyed the time I have had with Walmart.

Commercial cleaning is an excellent company to work with, they have very professional managers and they treat the employee"s with kindness and respect. I highly recommend this company.

Good company to work with only that, upper management sometimes doestn't observe protocols which complicate operational issues with clients specially when details are extremely necessary to address

I worked for my mom, who was employed by the office we cleaned. It was a pretty independent job, as each of my siblings had their own part to clean. We clean the office once a week.

Management is awful, inappropriate and inconsiderate, horrible wages and when asked for a raise told “that word isn’t in my vocabulary” by management.
