Unhealthy Environment to work with no opportunities to grow and very minimum salary. The amount of work you put is not sufficient with your salary and your efforts are not being recognized.The management is very one sided. There’s no point putting in a complaint because the GM and cheif  tech off  management is the same and they want to rule the company.

My  role was permanent  full time. I was initially very excited about the opportunity , I was assessed for my technical skills. but when I actually joined the team, they put me in a work which was nowhere related to my profile. I was upset and mentally stressed there for all the 6 months i worked there. People work for endless hours and no pay. 

Poor communication at the project management level  lot of wasted effort until requirements are finalized. Poor sequencing of inter-dependent tasks lead to be being blocked regularly or being hassled to drop everything to solve someone else's problem. Inexperienced project co-ordinator complicate the aforementioned issues by not following best practices and not working to find the simplest, most manageable solution to problems.

I would never recommend anyone to work here unless you have no choice. The management is bad. They don’t value and no empathy. No respect for employees

Terminated without any notice when i was about to finish my probational period. They do fake performance evaluation on employees and points that as a reason for termination. Do not trust the project manager and cto they both act cool and they kick from the back. 

Too much pressure from the manager. Working 70 hour weeks sometimes. New hires get treated like garbage. Force you to work overtime. Took well over a month for them to get my payroll to work so I went an entire month with no pay. Poorly organized, managers are always on your back even for things that are not in your power to change.
Get mad at you for minimal problems.
Manager don’t speak with other developers  which causes problems since you get asked opposite things by manager and get in trouble when it’s not done “properly” according to them

 Workplace culture with a worst hierarchy in place. This may be a small startup company, but they need to learn respect for their employees. The lack of not only respect but dignity at times in the way most the senior management treats everyone below them, was awful.
No career growth. There is no career path. No real management and no transparency. 

You work 8 hours or 20 hours, you will be paid the same. I decided to quit the job due to the intolerable working conditions.Most of the time my manager made me working 24x7.  

I got out of the company and I feel so relieved now. They cheat a lot with settlements as well. Don’t pay for your  Vacation Leaves. If asked, they give some answers. My suggestions to all those looking for a job change is ’Think twice before joining this company. Don’t make your life miserable 

I've been with the company almost 4 months now and while it was a decent job at the beginning, its become a miserable place and i don't think I'd be the only one to say that. The management is a joke. They don't give statuary holidays even its public holidays. Every pay-check they purposefully cut few hundred dollars and i have to beg them to get the money back to my account. Sr Management of the company has whimsical sense of humor. Volatile decision making, which changes every week based on their judgement. Can make or break your career within a day.

Entire company and project is managed by one project manager who does not have an understanding of their domain of expertise. Always ask the developers and tell them to do research and copy cat the info to the senior managements. Constantly having too many meetings, too many phone calls and too many issues to resolve.

The project manager has no good sense of structure and time. No sprint panning. No proper story points. Less time allocation to all tasks. NOT AGILE .

Every stand up you get roasted  before the  in-house team.

"When are you going to be done with that task?" you will get this 10 times in a day. 
Not getting enough time to write quality code. 



Firstly, the work culture and environment is absolutely disgusting.
if you give poor connections score for your boss then they take out a revenge against you then threaten you by engaging with project managers and other team members.
Almost everyone is so fed up and frustrated waking here that they kept looking for better opportunities outside.
Poor project management and co-ordination management take no action even employees gives 100 complaints. 
I highly recommend to stay away from this company for employment if you can.

This company is a sinking ship, the executives are forced on dreams unrealistic goals but don't want to support the teams to make these goals achievable, team leadership will turn on their teams to save their jobs, and the company went on a hiring spree, then shortly after laid-off a LOT of their staff 'to control costs' 
There's one important aspect I want to pass to potential applicants, just know that if career growth and fulfilling work is what you're looking for, this is certainly not it for you. This job is meant for people who's willing to grind through unfulfilling work on a daily basis knowing there's not much of a reward on the horizon for your efforts.

CTO is the boss. Team members voices are not heard. So if you can keep the GM and CTO in your pocket, you can expect good remuneration. if the company fails these two will be responsible. They are destroying this place and don't know why upper-management still trust them.
You perform well and the credit goes to the team member who licks the their feet.
This company is full of false promises. There is so much politics and lies from management. 
They overwork you and they do not care how burnt out you are. They expect you to work long hours and they don't allow you to bank any of your overtime hours. When you do take a personal day, they cut your salary.

First of all, I would like to say that I was very skeptical at 1st but as time passed it went so easy and comfortable. I have learnt so much and I plan to do so more and more. The technology the company uses is very helpful for a developer’s career to have been able to work on it. I started with a junior position but with lots of hard work and passion I went through a senior position which is very dear to me. My work has always been appreciated and I love the team and thank the management for everything.
