Too much work and many times used elevator for  transferred the residents to others part for programs 
Prepare a lot of stuff for events

A typical working day consists of routine activities that are required by the schedule. In addition, ongoing repairs are made. 
The variety of faults and how they occur, tell me how to prevent damage and protect personnel.
In more difficult cases I turn to the management for help. The management help provide the materials and parts needed for repairs.
Coworkers are friendly and helpful
The hardest work is sow removal
The most enjoyable  are contacts with residents

None. Everything went smooth and well. People are nice.

It’s very peaceful and serene. Workmates ate very helpful and good.

I enjoy everyday at the company

It's a lovely place to work the manager and make you feel welcome.

Some time the work load is a lot in Dietary.

It's a lovely environment and the culture is good

It's been good I  Like holding conversations with the residents.

A wonderful caring environment. All staff are very compassionate and do an incredible job at making the residents feel loved and cared for.
Staff is very friendly and despite the language barrier are willing to be there for you and help in any way they can so the resident can be happy.

Lied about full time opportunity during interview process
Told not to pursue full time hours between two areas of work within the company because of how it impacted my supervisor
Supervisors and managers had poor communication which lead to friction between staff and management. 


I really enjoyed working in Copernicus Lodge
I love to help others and especially elderly patients
We offered lots of activities and programs for our residents
We were helping them with daily basic activities like eating,dressing,walking,cooking,gardening etc.

Created and altered staff schedules, approved vacation time, assisted staff with general inquiries regarding company policy. Learned to balance various administrative duties within the course of a shift. Excellent support from management and co-workers.

The Copernicus Lodge is truly a great place to the people who work and live there. It gives workers the ability to give back to the community and to help others. The ones who live there truly appreciate the work and care of the caregivers and are always in good care.

Good management; supportive; always available to help; good team work; good workplace to start your nursing career; organized; received 10 days of unit orientation which is way better than what most nursing homes give you when you're just starting your career.
