The leadership was to the point of abusive.  Fortunately, they no longer works there

Stressful, poor.  The president at the time had poor leadership abilities to the point of abusive.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
15 hours with no opportunities to gain progress

Unprofessional management, poor working conditions and benefits. Workplace culture is bad .The company does not value professional staff, it relies on low-paid non-professional workers. Teamwork is understood as a way of avoiding personal responsibility.
 Strongly not recommend !

Its a good company to start your career. I worked here for 2 years and I really enjoyed working there. Staff is good and very helpful. Moreover, This place was a starting stepping stone for my career.

I start at 6AM and off at 2:30PM can do lots of stuff after work because I have a lot of time.Workplace isn't that nice but the people who works there are fun to work with.

Only if I could give zero stars I woud. I worked there before for 5years and just treat me like garbage! Bosses never care for their employees.. Nothing is important to them but to show off to customers.

Lacking sound professional management, compromising good judgement with personal opinion, lacking good governance system....full of guess work..........

Cormer Group allows a person to show their abilities and lets them run with it. They valued your input. HR for the most part hired fantastic people.

You don't want to work here. Pay is negligible, management is self-seeking and pay themselves. No raises. No appreciation.

Very less guidance and definitely, no advancement. Very high turnover.

Fast paced manufacturing environment.Learned great skills as an assembler.Nice working with co-employees,workplace culture is good.Management still needs improvement.

Good place to work. Especially if new to cnc machine. Would recommend if the place was still open. But unfortunately the company shut down. Was a clean machine up with new machine
