I had an amazing team and COS has such a genuine atmosphere. We don't make commission so everyone ended up genuinely bonding. Everyone here is kind and they are very understanding (as long as you are not playing role of management) of needing a work-life balance. It's a great job to have as a part-timer or full-timer, but I genuinely feel bad for supervisors and managers because there is no work-life balance.

Easy to apply, easy to get hired, literally all interviewing process was a sanity check(most people failed).
Work itself is easy, high quality products, rfid scanners are the best, they do 90% of your work. 
Store manager(at least where I worked) is amazing, knows everything, honest and straightforward in 90% of the cases. 
Some other managers are lacking skills and knowledge, you can see that it’s just work for them, not a place where they enjoy being.
Customers are mostly nice and communicative, you have time to talk to all of them even tho you have an assigned location every single hour.

A typical day is i arrive for my shift we have our team meeting to get our assignments for the day then we break off to do whatever is asked i learned to be patient with indecisive customers and to inform them the best i can on any product they may be interested in, If I'm not knowledgeable on the item i will put them in touch with someone that is.

I loved my time at COS, I learned a lot, aligned with the company culture and really appreciated my team. You will learn a lot about fashion, art and how the two go hand in hand. The company prides itself in offering great customer service and so as a brand ambassador you will develop strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.

Quite fast-paced, but still completely calm and interesting place to work.
Managers have answers to every questionyou might have, have fun with employees and make place feel like home without all manager-employee relation kind of stuff.
Absolutely friendly and comfortable work enviroment, where you are really appreciated.


The workplace culture was impeccable and allowed for the environment to have a fun, free spirited atmosphere. Working here you felt at ease and able to get the job done. COS management was hands on and very knowledgeable
to answer any of our staff concerns or our customers.

COS is pretty much a great job to work at. Most times the management team will be good except for that one or two that are difficult to work with. Scheduling can be good unless its not busy, which like every other retail job means less hours

Was merely general retail work. Had a great time with my coworkers. The store space was beautiful and inspired sales. Working was dynamic enough to keep me interested, aiding in visual merchandising and private styling of customers.

left because it was a high school like environment and the manager was mean. There's no room for advancement and the pay wasnt great for COS, which is supposed to be a high end retailer
