If you're related or friends with management,  inexperienced, like chucking good workers under the bus to get ahead, physically unable to work (weak or old) so other people can pickup after you, habit of lying about your work, something doesn't get done because you're lazy so it's the good workers fault, crying to get your way (works here) then you'll love this place and you will get far fast also get paid good.
Management are all friends, most of them are not qualified for their positions, too many people in Management (because they hire their friends and hang out).


i got treated like crab by my superiors, pretty much just ignored, on my site all by myself while the managers catered to all the surrounding sites i got brushed off until i got fed up and walked out. they had me working 24 days on 4 days off with no appreciation for how hard i worked, I made the company a lot of money by single handed holding down that predicular contract and got no thanks for it. actually the managers above me in the company and the contractor were very disrespectful, I gave 150 percent everyday and i deserved atleast a good job but i got none so i quit.

the workload was okay, the bad experience was with the management and not dealing in accordance with issues that would arise. there was 2 sexual harassment case that involved employees and a foreman and it never got resolved and the foreman is still employed at this company and continues to bother the women employees, with no discipline on the issue. also the management dating an employee and the employee not being given the same workload as other employees. also there was always problems with employees pay not being the proper amount to match hours worked.

What is the best part of working at the company?
None, boring useless job and get treated like dirt

Dealing with the company and it's employees 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Terrible. Family run, if you're not family,look out

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Checks, plowing snow,so much redundancy in paperwork for optics purposes

its not a good co. To work for terrible people in the office never see or hear from owner suppose to be an indigenous run co. But not one indigenous person working in the office. Can't make complaints to HR or they try to fire you or make you quit.

No raises in over 5 years.
Management is either nonexistent or incompetent
Family first environment: As in we hire family members and instantly promote them.
No RRSP contribution (ridiculous)

They pay on time. But manage to mess it up almost every time as well

Do not work here. If your not managements favorite you’ll be gone. t,inappropriate behaviour horrible safety. Management is horrible. Being on site is good as long as you’re not dealing with anyone at Cp. There was one person that was actually decent there and is now gone she was actually great to deal with. As soon as I get a another job back home I’m quittng ASAP.

this place had it all then some for sure, nice people to work with and great exercise equipment and the best food iv ever had in a camp job. id recommend working here if you ever had the chance too for sure.

a typical day with cp services was as organized as it could get, worked with different people everyday at different locations. The hardest part of the job was who was doing what duties, and who was gonna be the driver. The most enjoyable part of the day was the fun and laughter at our breaks.

Very poor place of employment. Can’t trust management, no raise, unfair job security. No company communication, supervisor is a flake. Shift was good and company vehicle was provided. Do not work here everything promised in interview does not happen.
