These guys are experienced in their field, as their story goes. They look like they have all the answers. But then the TRUTH starts to unravel. 
They walk like they know it all, crossing all the T-s and dotting those I-s. Watch out. All they want to create is a paper trail to cover their liabilities. When guys get legitimately injured, they push them out. Pure cut throat.
Loyalty and perseverance carry little weight as far as a future goes. Even their own Frenchmen despise their very corporate culture. You are another number that makes them numbers. The best foreman they had got pushed out for standing up for his workers!!  Don’t be fooled. And definitely don’t get your hopes up about doing it right the first time. This is CRT. Construction Redone Twice!!!

maintaining the grounds ridding the roads of debris. pre-trips when on a Rock Truck 40 ton. Apply First Aid when needed. I learned how to operate a 40 ton Rock Truck. how to run a 374 Excavator. build a diversion canal for a creek/river intake. Management had a language barrier as CRT is a company from Quebec. Co- workers were great to work with and helpful. the hardest part of the job was shovelling gravel or dirt for sandbags during the high creek/river season. the most enjoyable part of the job was weekend work driving the 40 ton rock truck.

Management was terrible when going through  changes. Didn't end up running any civil construction crew as planned. Developed the gravell pit and that was it when new management and project manager came in he had his own employees and contractors and the people that were there were just laid off. Turn in your fuel cards and lucky to get layoff slip. Tellible work environment, after the previous owner/project manager left and the turnaround grew substantially.  I wouldn't recommend this outfit to anyone serious about there crearer but great if your just out to pick up a little work here and there. 

work here was long and dirty. Some jobs were harder than others, long hours regardless. Wage was okay for a truckers daily life. Living out allowance really added to the payroll nicely. You are working remotely whether in an RV in a campsite or a hotel/motel room. Company employees are fair though language barriers did happen to less than savory results in some cases. Management/Supers were generally experienced. Though organization was a disaster not always due to management but to location, restrictions and logistics.

Fun to learn new ropes, how to run new machinery in a fast paced environment. Management was not bad, once you get to know them, co workers were alright too I guess. haha. Hardest part was leaving, and I would enjoy going back to work for this company if given the chance

Living in camp was good, How to manage staff and craft workers, management very knowledgeable, co-workers very easy to work with, Hardest part of job was the trip to camp, mot enjoyabe part of job was working in the mountains.

on a monthly base you have to turn your brain off
litteraly no one will listen to your calls and you will watch te show go wrong as you expected it

Great company  learned alot and learned how to do things related to my profession. Bosses were alright. Got to do my first health and safety meeting.over all thumbs 👍

the language barrier was the hardest part
made some new friends and good friends
the work culture was different than what I've experienced in the past but some good foremen

I have been happy to work for them from the moment i met the crew and the different type of work i had to do. this was a live changing experience. would love to work again for them
