The Cash Store is an ever changing company.  We were always learning new things and adding services to sell to our customers.  Definitely a job where you need to be outgoing and not take things personally.  
As a manager, I got to have a steady 9-5 shift and only had to work one Saturday a month.  The CSR's didn't have bad shifts- usually 12-830 pm.  
Toughest part of the job was collections.  We do spend a majority of the day on the phone trying to collect on past due accounts.  We tried to focus on building the relationship with the client as opposed to being nasty.

CS Financial is a great stepping stone into the world of Financial Customer Services. With it's great variety of tasks and responsibilities you are well diverse in the field of Customer Service and Administration. Working as a Branch Manager I have learned to hit and maintain targets, manage a retail location, and also provide exceptional customer service and account management. This company is a great place to grow and improve all of your skills.

Promoting new store to achieve 100% revenue, competing against other stores in our region to achieve daily goal. 
I learned a lot about what you need to start up a new store, hard work, dedication and promoting the right way new clients.
I had an excellent store manager and regional manager that cared and had the same work ethic I had.
The hardest part was to get clients to know what we did with very little marketing material.
The most enjoyable was setting up a brand new store and seeing it grow month after month.

Its a fun place to work part time. Typical Day consisted of repeated actions such as loan document verification and ID verification. Learned how to deal with many different types of customers - Angry, happy, sad and physically handicapped.
Co-workers were fun to work with, especially the manager. It was a diverse group of individuals.
The hardest part of the job was to maintain professionalism when the customer intake was low.
The most enjoyable part of the job was doing bank deposit runs.

Throughout my almost 10 years with CSF I have went though several chances, some good and some challenging. It was a brand new company when I started and grew very fast. I have been able to work with and for some great people. The thing I liked most about my position was being able to help so many people, what I found most challenging was that is was coming at such a high price to said client.

Truly a great atmosphere which I thrived in. Leading a very large geography enable me to meet and work with a great workforce. 
I learned that outside forces can easily turn the company focus to a defensive posture which can bring down an organization.
The hardest part of the job was maintain a positive image in the market. The most enjoyable part of the job was the colleagues and team mates i encountered.

i love everything about this job and i enjoyed what i do , we only have a 3 busy days in a month the CCTB payday, the AISH government payday and every other Fridays. i am looking for a more challenging position where i can utilize my skills.

I knew I was done with this company when they gave us a cold calling list for potential applicants who had "applied online". I don't know where they got the list from but we called several people who we were informed were dead, people threatened to call the cops on us because they hadn't signed up, and we called one of the MLA's offices in the surrounding area.

In this environment, customer service was very key as it drove 100% of the business.  The people I worked with made the day enjoyable and easy to work well together.  The hardest part of the job came when outside influences directed the path of the company leaving many unaware of potential changes.
