The Negative:

-Unfortunately this company is taking bad management decision by appointing some rude and strict junior staff as technical lead managing skilled people.
-This result in bad communication, bad management, unfair progress feeling and finally loss of motivation.
-There is no professional training provided to accomplish your task.
-Limited Career development.
-Your annual evaluation is top-down, not bottom-up !, as an employee you cannot evaluate your manager, and your manager can say any thing about you. 
-Low salary.

The Positive:

-Location
-Tennis table
-Some nice people I met.
-Flexible working hours.
-3 weeks vacation

Very bad management and salary is very low, they won't treat employees well, no job security, the director of the company negotiate with candidates about their experiences and salary expectation,

A company with a good team work spirit.

More and more, CS Canada is diversifying its activities and there is very interesting projects to come (anti UAV systems, autonomous vehicules...) 

Good work/life balance (remote jobs/flexible hours)

I love the environment, the team and community of the company. Salary was low for my position. If it was higher I would still be there. 
I think if they could have paid more to keep me, they would have. 

The company is focusing on avionic software testing.  They lack highly stimulating projects but they treat their employees fairly well and are willing to sacrifice profit to avoid layoffs.

The CS Canada is not bad for people who just want to start theirs career but just for one or two years.
The management is very bad. They had lots of smart people but eventually they lost all of them.
