This is a very poor place to work for people with no experience and language barrier. You are judged and micromanage  every day and every piece of paper you push. Jobs are very repetitive every day and tedious there is no room for advancement. People come from outside and put them selves as CS Manager with no work experience and they don't do any work themselves and give themselves very high importance . They want to look good with management. The culture is very poor and not respected and you are discriminations are very high  could be your color or age . Too many you people just come to work for the sake of working come late do their lazy stuff and leave exactly on time . Over time is not paid in the company to go to an appointment is like having your tooth pulled out, if you are late for 5 minutes you will get an e-mail from an inexperience little person . She is on her cell phone all the time and if she sees you on cell then she will send you a nasty email. She has to take approval everything from Toronto office even to go bathroom very partial person to young people she herself need to go to school to get job experience and learn how to handle people

Would not recommend, richmond office culture is very militant. No work life balance. Not collaborative. Extremely toxic environment, lead by dictatorship and fear. Would not recommend to anyone. A unprofessional inexperience person is trying to run the office with poker face attitude .Ot　is expected with no pay of time off . SHE IS NOT GOOD IN TRAINING AND EXPECTS YOU TO HAVE LEARNT THE JOB IN ONE WEEK AND IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE SHE E-MAILS TO EVERYONE IN HER FINGER POINTING ATTITUDE . SHE IS MAKING MISTAKES HERSELF AND HIDES IT VERY EASILY She is not capable of making decisions has to talk and report everything to head office if you need to go for a break you have to ask her very militant style.
Double standard rules. If you know someone works there in management  then you can get a job .  .

Was one of the few new employee the company hired to experience  a warehouse move from burnaby to richmond during the company growth and expansion. A phase for going through under new manangement. Senior staff under paid and fired and laid off during slow season. A second afternoon shift would be open during peak season, but shift is not permanent. New staff hire was paid more than senior staff. Too revolting for me to stick around. 22cent raise after a year, and 3cent shy from a quarter...Dont want to create much negative impression. Its just me and my opinion as one person :)

Horrible company to work for. Expected to work endless OT without pay or compensation. Expected to work when you are extremely sick. Taking a sick day or time off is frowned upon. Terrible management led by fear and dictatorship. Everything is micromanaged. Underpaid and not appreciated for the work you do. In some instances, you cannot even use the restroom without a manager barging in and asking you to go into their office.

Fast pace of work and busy warehouse, I learn to be more organize
than before(even I am an organized person), working culture is take care your own business as good as yourself, meet the daily target,
I enjoy driving the machine to pick all the items from the pick list and
pack it so nice onto the skid then ship it to the customer.

If you really need a job, not look for a career grown and for retirement, this is good place for you. Don't bother to ask for raise salary, they will 100% sure to find someone replace you shortly. they offer very low wages and need you work extra hours with no pay. Very poor management. Employees turnover rate is so high.

Do not work here, CTG, offers no support, no formal training procedures, no performance reviews, all decisions come from head office in Ontario.
Gossip mongering, job sabotaging. Even basic office supplies are a chore to get 

Cool workplace. Not micromanaged.  Given a job a room to do it as needed. Encouraged to give feed back and be collaborative. Fair salary. Encouraged to be a team player.

It can be a great place to start a new job, typical 9-5 work, never overtime required, but the glass ceiling is obvious, and you have little chance to grow, no meetings, no communications.
