A very fun and enjoyable place to work, with friendly co-workers and very supportive management.The most interesting part of the job was when the team worked  together to exceed the production target and thats when everybody got all excited! There was a lot of things I did each day, I worked mostly in every department of the Company which I  was  proud  about. Hardest part of the job was when the company announced its closing doors, moved it to other country.But I enjoyed working with everybody doing our jobs, and  developed lots of skills in CTS.

Overall, the company was good; however the strong corporate influence was very negative.
Canadian operations were highly profitable; ignored
Canadian high quality and innovations were ignored.
No empowerment, incentive to work hard from the corporate side.

However, the strong work ethics and local management made the
work environment family like; with strong team dynamics.

CTS of Canada is a world class company with a culture that can not be surpassed. As the Operations and Technical Services manager I was responsible for all aspects of the production and the facility. As a key member of the Sr Management team I had involvement with business planning, HR activities, purchasing, scheduling and logistics.

when I worked at CTS I am very happy.The workplace was close to my home.The people were so friendly and I enjoyed my job and I learned a lot of things when I was working at CTS.

Good work environment and good culture. Management is very understanding. A lot of foods on multicultural and religious festivals. Salary is not that high but other benefits and life insurance very good. Higher job security and less turnover.

Job  was very interesting and challenging. Many responsibilities and tasks. Enjoyed analyzing product. Learned a lot of different things.

A very fun company to work for,Everyday was eventfull, some days more then other, amazing benfits and plans, too bad its sutting down
