Fantastic work environment, staff, benefits. Typical day consisted of keeping on top of bleach logs, temperatures, line ups & being where you needed to be stationed to keep up the flow & efficiently juggle high volume rushes in a timely manner. Cultus Lake Adventure Park has been a learning curb, & would be a great first job for anybody looking for summer employment. You will learn many good work habits & have plenty good support throughout the season to teach you how to provide efficient, customer service to to Cultus Lake.

I initially wasn't planning on working there but I was desperate for a job during the summer time and my expectations were surpassed by the job experience that they provide whether that is the people you work with or the hours you work, etc. every moment at the adventure park was magical and an experience I will remember for the rest of my life, so if you ever even slightly think about applying to the Adventure park I would jump at the opportunity because if you're anything like the rest of the workers there you'll keep coming back every season for more

Park facilities is hands down a very underrated job. You are definitely underappreciated and have to do most of the hard work. They pay is very lackluster at 14.50hr for first years. Coworkers were very nice and some supervisors were supportive. Management was poor and not very assertive. Also very slow paced. Not a job for university students.  I asked for full time and was given 3 day work weeks.

Working for Destination Cultus was one of the best choices I've ever made. I can confidently reccomend this job to anyone. The best part of the job was the interaction with co-workers and customers. The workplace is cheery and a good place. The company is understanding and is willing to grow with the employees. The hardest part about the job is the long hours but if youre willing to put in the work anyone can benefit. 

Managers aren't great most of the time but the other employees are really nice, the pay is good. You do have to deal with some pretty dodgy customers especially if your a girl but it's a pretty good first job. There is also absolutely no non work related talk whatsoever so do with that what you will.

it is a really fun place to work and getting to go on rides for free is amazing as well as the occasional free drinks/meals. however, there are some cons too, it's continuous standing in the rain or heat. despite the continuous standing, the people that work there are super friendly and great coworkers. management is also super understanding and listens to any issues brought up

A lot of fun working at Cultus Lake Adventure Park. I definitely recommend working there or at least trying it out. It's fun work & you meet lots of people. The staff supervisors are friendly and patient. In the Rides Operator area you will be standing most of the time & not moving much. Overall great workplace.

It is a fun place to work for the most part, Mostly because it is a fun place to be, also the owner is very nice, the co workers were friendly and I learned lots about customer service and upholding company image here.

The cultus adventure park is a fast paced, exciting and fun place to work. I enjoyed working there and the staff were all helpful and friendly. The manager has high expectations for work but he is fair about it and only wants staff to be professional and hardworking.

It's okay for a summer job. They provide training and orientation. You start your day at one ride and get cycled around throughout the day. They make sure you get breaks and water refills throughout the day. The hardest part of the job was slow days. The most enjoyable part of the job was the location.
