CUSTOM CONCRETE

to work for custom is like going back 100 years in time. work 10 to 12 hour days, no break no lunch and as many days in a row as they can get you to. you work 21 days in a row and still have to request time off and isn't always granted!!!

Pay is not good. Equipment was decent. Most supervisor's are a joke. Especially at hoyle pond, couldn't manage a phone booth. Hire lots of drunks and drug attics. It's timmins what do you expect.

This company was ok to work for but I had to work sometimes 7 days a week at 12 hour shifts. We did t have much breaks when I had to screen the plant making sure it was running all the time and when it broke down we had to help to fix it or unjam the belts.

Upper management had good attitudes, work was stressful at times, operators got no lunch breaks whatsoever when I worked there, and my supervisor was verbally abusive.

they are a good company to work for .  detour i was a crusher.  hear in Timmins i was a crusher operator and drive cement trucks.family enviroment  easy to work for them love to go to work have no problem getting up to go to work . no stress, friendly co- workers and bosses

Work was hard, days were long, but I enjoyed it quite a bit. The employers are decent fellows, who know the way of concreting and cement unlike any crew/concrete company I've ever worked with.

Loved working for them, got a better paying opportunity that I couldn’t say no to otherwise i would not have left, if your not scared to work youll never get laid off

I came in COMPLETELY green and everyone was more than willing to take the time and train me.  Many of the people have been there for 20-30 years which is a great sign.

The best place to go straight nightshift excellent management good guys. Older guys were great to learn from. These guys were smart wish I could of stuck with them 

It’s a good company to work for different opportunities and lots of experience. You work different jobs different sites. Good management and supervisors they      with you to help and learn
