I worked with some great people here, great colleagues. I did not agree with the methods of management when dealing with issues or concerns. I felt it was more taking a stand against the individual rather than a more positive position of how can we go forward and make it better for the individual, the company, and the client. The hardest part of my day was having my natural optimism and ability to troubleshoot issues positively to be found in contempt by those in higher management. I found the wages to be fair when starting out but no opportunity for growth.

Seemed like a good gig in the beginning but as the months go by, you start noticing a lot of favoritism, no followup on the work you do. You're given extra responsibilities without proper compensation and the communication within management is awful. They express how much of a tight nit family atmosphere it is within the office but there's just no personality. As a manufacturer, the quality of cabinets is amazing but if you want to feel valued and appreciated, probably not the best company. 

The support here is amazing. They have an open door policy and are always willing to help you succeed. Every day I learn something new and become more knowledgeable in my work which makes me feel confident. The employees are so friendly, respectful and are also willing to help each other out like a family. I used to work from home and was a little scared about coming into a work environment again but I actually look forward to coming into the office.


CW Kitchens is an excellent place to work. The management team is very approachable and always willing to listen to employees who are committed to their roles. They provide the necessary resources to support our work effectively. The work atmosphere is incredibly friendly, making it easy to ask questions and communicate openly with colleagues. The organization of work is good, with clear deadlines and transparent progress updates on various projects. It's truly a supportive and collaborative environment.

Very professional honest and loyal, right from day one they have treated me with respect and professionalism they deliver everything perfectly and timing is bang on

A typical day at CW Kitchens starts with a smile and a "good morning" on the way to the punch clock. Everyone, including management, is incredibly nice and easy to get along with which makes coming to work enjoyable. The management is very flexible and willing to work with you. Only downfall is, there is not a lot of opportunity for growth within the company. Overall great place to work.

Most employees have 10yrs plus employment with the company. Family operated who performs   the same duties as their staffs, which demonstrates their value into the products and respect of their employees. They care about everything related to the business, including clients, vendors, installers, etc. 

I have worked at CW Kitchens for just under a year as the service coordinator. Since day one  everyone has been so welcoming, friendly and helpful. It's great to work for a company where no matter what there is always someone there to support you. Working in a fast pace environment can be a challenge but knowing that you have help around every corner makes it enjoyable to be at everyday. 

NO COMMENT , I prefer not to make derogatory comments,as there was minimal "positivity" coming from upper management.  When asked to have assistance if duties were too overwhelming, only "excuses" were given.
