What is the best part of working at the company?
They were the only ones who gave me a chance to be a floor hand at my  age which was 58 years old that was 3 years ago 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Working 21  on and 3 days off at 10 hours a day 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It was like working with family ups and downs just like home 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It was hard sometimes and harder other times

You work when there's work and there is never set days off schedule. The pay is great if you want to make money.  Its not great if you have a family.
Some supervisors are awesome and great to work with, others you wonder how they tie their shoes.

Its a go-hard-re tard work mentality and it lacks organization. Im sure the well servicing division its better.

Honestly good pay great benefits and a ton of good people but. If you have any issues with people it will be used against you. You probably won't have a driller who wants to do their job either. That's a recurring theme with cwc. 

A typical day is busting your back working one of the most demanding and hazardous work environments. If you have common sense and good work ethic, you can learn a lot of useful things.

Alot of great men, women, crews, management and equipment. Fair salaries with bonuses and benefits. Recently started company rrsp contributions. Out of town work. 

CWC was a great company to work for. I would go back in a heartbeat. They were always very supportive and I was able to start and develop my career there.

loved my time here.  I've never worked for a better company before or since.  If not for the downturn in the industry, I would've have stayed until retirement.

Gotta work hard to make that money, long days, very tough strenuous work, builds leadership and accountability, great camp work and never had any issues with coworkers

This job wouldn't be for everyone. It's a very labour intensive job, that requires a lot of time away from friends and family. In my opinion, the time away from home is not worth the benefits.

Was a great job with most of the work being away form home. Shift work with some nights. Long days are to be expected always making sure to be fit for duty.
