Crewmates and leadership for the shop were excellent at mentoring and encouragement to new workers.  Teamwork and atmosphere were enjoyable and motivating.  Everybody helped each other out.  But there were only 3 long term employees, there over 1 year, and everybody else who isn't absolutely excellent will be led on by management to believe they are successful, then suddenly let go at the end of their probationary period.  Approach this company with caution... if you are absolutely excellent, you may have a chance at security.  Anything less, have a backup plan...

Very poorly managed company, they do not treat the employee's well. Anyone that goes there for repairs, should notice that every couple months, there is a new crew of mechanic's, and body shop guys. You can not get good quality work when there's a new group of employees every few months. And this has been going on for many years. Ask around about the Punt's, they have a extremely bad reputation in the industry, for the way they treat there employees. I would not recommend for anyone to work their, or even to bring a unit in for any sort of work.

From day one of hire everything was lies . This family does not care about its employees just about the next dollar coming in . They are all about how many toys and fun things they can buy , but don’t put any money into their shops , let alone any proper training or upgrading for their employees. It was stated many many times everyone is replaceable and if you don’t like that there’s the door . There is not enough room here to express myself about not working here , just don’t do it , and when they got what they want , they shut the doors and move on . 

Save yourself the hassle of going through the interview process. Promise you benefits and decent wage. Fail to mention that all jobs are run on a flat rate time management system. If you don't meet the times your days are numbered. No values for human rights,  two people where let go just before Christmas. Young GM hanging off daddies shirt tail and monies. Daddy caused a previous Volvo dealership to run amuss.  Only a select few have been long term and I mean a year or more. Revolving door.

All employees that work for the company that are NOT upper office staff are nothing more than a NUMBER.    Just a every day monkey doing an every day job.   Shop employees come and go very fast and with the revolving door policy the upper management shows very little concern.

Not a great place to work.... Working environment is good, nice new shop, excellent.
Management is terrible, micro-management at its worst, could be a great place if run correctly.

I found that when tool truck came, going to purchase was frowned upon,
Techs pushed brooms, lack of organization,owners treated techs with a certain distaste. A memorable Experience but in the bad way

Great co-wokers. Everybody gets along very well. Great place for apprentice like myself to learn. We work on all kind of heavy trucks equipments. 
The management is alright. 

Hours are good.  Technicians are good to work with.  Work day is high stress, constant pressure from management to cut corners and do things quickly instead of correctly.
