I set all I want to say before thanks long hours no time for lunch customers all over town and out off town that was the only good thing about i love driving and when you with customers driving him or her home or work wherever the case my be calls from manager where was I more customers are waiting that’s just that and money the pay is not adequate for responsibility you have as the driver other then that lots good people to work with 

A typical day is spent either beating the phone to death cold calling customers from a well used call list. The system they have for gathering information and helping build a deal is great. Aside from that the finance team is superb and the sales managers on staff are stellar to work with. Furthermore, there is room for growth with in the dealership if your motivated and committed.

Things you need to know: 1) Their favourite thing is promotion to elimination 3 times plus times I have seen it. 2) they will not give you a raise so many people have tired and are all fired. 3) almost every one at the company at this time is looking for work because wages were reduce big time and employee asked about increasing later they were laid off.

Management has a God complex.
You are forced to work extra hours while they just up and leave randomly. And take days off at random.
They tell you to blatantly lie to customers then get mad at you when the customers come back on there lie.
Will skim every 2nd paycheck at least 500$ off for owner to open other location

Overall negative management, very demanding with very little patience or respect. This location is known for firing staff constantly, not a good place if you want job security.

good and responsive team.

the fact that wage growth is very slow

very friendly, everyone helps each other as much as they can.

quite boring and monotonous

Management is very toxic. Everyone here is constantly under stress and wages are not good for the amount of work you are expected to do. No job is better than this job. There’s a reason their rated 2.3 stars on indeed and the second lowest rated hyundai dealership in Calgary. 

The best place to work ever!!! Lots of fun, good peeps, pay is ok and an occasional free lunch. There is never a dull moment. Lots of laughs and you will gain friends not just coworkers 

Majority of the sales department were young and energetic, the sales managers were very supportive, and the owner was personable. Free lunch every Saturday.

Basically it was ok to work here. Not that great. The pay was very low and the job had no room to advance. The people were fairly friendly but they only really needed a worker for the summer.
