Expected to come in early, work through 30min lunches/10 min breaks, and stay late, all unpaid.  I’ve learned that it doesn’t matter how hard you work, or how dedicated you are, they will not hesitate to fire you without cause(it’s in the job offer small print) to bring in their buddy who wants your position.  Management says they want to hear from everyone and value everybody but if you voice an opinion they don’t like, you’re out.  The other advisors and techs in the back are incredible people and I love them all to death.  Hardest part about the job was being fired without cause from a job I loved and gave everything to.  Best part was all the good times we had in service/shop.  Enjoy the pizza tomorrow.

Worst dealership I've worked at so far.
Parts department was a joke, always ordering wrong parts or losing customer parts/tires and never takes accountability.  Also makes rude comments behind peoples backs.

Shop foreman was even worse than the parts department. Very sarcastic, condescending, barks orders , belittles people and always making smart comments. Talks the most but does the least. Avoids as much work as possible which weighs on the other techs.

Co workers and manager were nice people.
 

Very friendly and helpful fellow employees. Great customer 
Service and warm welcome always.  Customers  appreciation always on top of the list.  Always getting new ideas, new promotions and creating excitement on the sales floor. Management gets involved in all business activities. Very much involved in community functions and always try to be a part of the community.  Great dealership.

I learned so much from this company about what i want from a Job and what I do not want.
They encourage you to improve on your self without lots of restrictions.

I learned how to manage myself in a professional yet efficient way to ensure clients left our dealership happy. Fast is not always efficient but finding coordinated work patterns that I learned helped alot.

You will make no money.  The base salary is a joke.  You will starve.   Turn around for this position is very frequent.  Most leave before their three months is up.

The Management in corporate keeps changing and so the pay cuts every time they try to increase the bottom line. They prefer hiring Management from outside rather than promoting from within.

Dealer principle cares about his dealership,staff and clients. Hard work is noticed. Busy shop with a wide variety of clients. Fair amount of staff turn over.

Great team at the Cambridge location felt like family, Always willing to help teach and train for various duties without a question. Never once felt lost or out of place.
