What is the best part of working at the company?
Overtime...
Work at you own speed on deliveries, mine was accelerated by myself to ensure customers were priority. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Internal warehouse staff preferred to get on their phones rather than help locate or help load delivery vans

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Dated, not dynamic.
Change is something that was frowned upon. The company is a dinosaur and probably never change until it has employees that care more about the structure that just getting a paycheck (this particular location).

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Starts off in confusion trying to find the product to fill the orders.

Once loaded and on the road,  that's the easy part. But realize there are 3 sets of deliveries made by each van, not 2 like other auto glass supply warehouses.

the people they work well together.the manager is very understanding and easy to work for.

I enjoy working at my workplace because it provides a supportive environment for employees. While some days can be slow, the company ensures that we stay engaged with different tasks. There’s always something to improve, whether it’s refining processes, organizing the workspace, or learning new skills. It’s a great place to grow and contribute while staying productive.

If you like working for an abusive Toxic employer this is the place for you, promise you the world and never follow through. 
Only positives are they are so desperate to find employees, that permanent continuing employment is a given,if you like people this company has many customers most of which are great people.

The work is steady but there’s only a select few that actually work hard and they’re never recognized and there’s always a excuse when you ask for a raise seems like the company spends all their money on tv commercials instead on their employees

- The hardest part of the job, accepting the fact of existance. 

The drivers and warehouse associates are constantly overworked. It has a high turnover rate making it hard to develop personal relationships. There's a clear divide between the workers and management which makes it hard to get anything done. 

They dont care about there workers. The management have favorites and they pay you pennies for your work. They dont give you raises every 6 months like PROMISED. They go through staff like crazy and i do noy reccomend working for this company. 

After 3 years still no raise, ask and always get a excuse. The most reliable hard workers are all underpaid, manager works part time , if they paid better wages they wouldn’t be hiring and training every 3 months,

Not a lot of upwards mobility. Can be chaotic and stressful. Decent if you want overtime. Expect a high turnover with your coworkers. Physically not that demanding, you need stamina more than pure strength.
