I was happy working with my last employer, where I got the chance learn and advance myself.
I started job from accounts payable, then added whole cycle for one small division which was only drop shipment.
Then added more responsibility of accounts receivable, payroll and all the month-end duties.
Decision making for buying the foreign currencies for our future purchases and with the company internal cash flow.
My president give me full control of banking means all the transfers, payments, by wire transfers, letter of credits, credit card payments and manual cheques.
daily deposits, follow up on past due payments, bank reconciliation and collection calls.

preparing all the journal entries, schedules for yearly audit, monthly Government remittance.

All this happen with my presidents support to learn all and continue working and he was satisfied with my work where I was managing my deadlines.

I've learnt to work in fast paced environment alongside a team, management is great with culture that is fantastic when it comes to your day to day work ethics and meets an overall good workplace.the hardest part of the job for me was not the environment or the job, but there was no future advancement in the job which also means that i was working a not so secured job with no benefits. The most enjoyable part of the job was working in a team that contributed to and helped each of its members to thrive and excel which contributed to an overall growth in the company.

Clients submit editing projects electronically with specific requests regarding the level of language, style, and degree of editing required. Estimates based on the material submitted and requirements are returned to clients and return date and rates are negotiated. A typical day entails editing for 2-3 hours, doing other things for 2-3 hours, and then editing for another 2-3 hours. I enjoy learning and researching new subject areas. The thing I enjoy the most is that I have flexible hours so can balance work and my life.

Responsible of overlooking all leasing aspects and dealing with tenants 
Managing rent collections and resolving tenant issues.
Overlooking and following up on unpaid rent and dealing with the rental board.
Responsible of all renovation and maintenance projects as well as approving accounts payable.I am very patient, observant, attentive, know how to resolve conflicts, I have the ability to adapt and learn quickly, and I am very persistent.

I'm a part of a family run consulting business within the QA/QC field of construction and operation of utilities as an administrative assistant.  It's a part time job looking after the finances, taxes and payroll of the company and enjoy the work and family life balance of the job.  I have no issue with the management of the company as I'm an integral part of maintaining the business and our family is enjoying it's continued success.

I had to complete an audit of my inventory and I basically learned how to prioritize the tasks and one must have a plan and need the execution to be done effectively and efficiently. Assigning tasks to individuals are important and the followup must be done time to time so that we know whether are we on track or not.

Learning and applying the construction  regulations in different countries was the challenge of the  job.
