I currently work as an an administrative assistant to the book keeper/ Accounts Payable, but I have also had experience working as a receptionist when I first started here. Both positions have taught me a lot of different skills that I can't forget and feel are valuable personally and professionally. 

I love what I do, my manager is great we get along very well, in fact I have had no complaints about the staff here as a whole, everyone is very nice, supportive and fun to work with. 
There is this general autonomous environment, wherein everyone is equally respected and trusted to know their individual tasks and complete them without micromanaging, which I feel is important for people to feel comfortable, relaxed and confident in their workspace. As a result, I never feel unmotivated to complete my daily tasks, which include, but are not limited to, paying invoices, filing paid invoices, recording daily hours and payroll for all staff, sending/answering emails to suppliers regarding proof of payment or outstanding invoices, and anything else the book keeper asks of me. 

Although certain tasks can be time-consuming and very detail-oriented which takes a lot of undivided attention, my job isn't necessarily difficult, and I truly like what I do.

management here is amazing, bosses are friendly and approachable and eager to help customers and employees. Typical day consists of handling paperwork, taking phone calls, and attending to clients.

I learn on a daily basis how to motivate  employees and co-workers. which is the most satisfying part of the job.
