Commissioning test script before install HSPA and LTE Radio unit.
Commissioning and testing allocated software as well as site script.
Provided support to execute detail engineering for field tech as per Bell guideline.
Responsible for network documentation and weekly reports
Installed and configured CISCO and Juniper routers and Switches.
Performed quality check of Radio unit including script & software before sent on.
Quality Analysis and Quality Control
Providing technical support over the all IT users.
Analyzed and implemented LAN/WAN installs 
Installed and setup peripherals such as routers, internet gateways, firewalls, hubs, switches 
Configured and troubleshoot (Cabling, Switching, Wireless configuration, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) along with implementing a cabled infrastructure based on floor plans/schematics for networks.
Assist PC and network technicians by troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues.
Fixed computer and laptop issues over the phone remotely and in person

The work involves travelling alot.

Get to site and get the job done with adequate support from team

Maybe the BC and Ontario management are better.I’m pretty sure that owner of the company doesn’t know what’s really going on in AB.Techs  have low moral and the supervisor will take your concern personally and retaliate if you raise some concern.

If you want to work 8 hrs a day and have to work most nights on-top of that this is the job for you. This place works you to the bone with 80 hr weeks and no job training or advancement. No annual review or professional development opportunities. You will never hear from management unless they need you to sign something 

If you want to be treated like garbage, unless you’re a butt kisser.   You will be hired for 1 job, but Management will change their employment conditions at will.

Travel to different location, meet many people, having different experiences, flexible break time as per job situation. Friendly atmosphere at work place.

Best management and people. Lots of projects so good amount of hours weekly. Growth opportunities as well. Travel time paid if working outside GTA. Nice workplace environment 

You only work 4 10 hour shifts but it could be stressful as your day could go longer than expected and you are forced to do overtime. You have to work outside
