One of the most toxic places I've ever worked at.

Staff accommodation is disgusting unless you're in maintenance or management/supervisor position then you get a cabin, if you're the regular staff you all live in one building and share a tiny bedroom. The shower curtains are never cleaned and the women's washroom has a hole in the ceiling that leaks water.

Staff meals are indelible 99% of the time since the "cooks" are mostly high while preparing it if you're vegan or vegetarian good luck. Food is either undercooked or overcooked no in between. I hope you enjoy paying over $100 a month to eat toast and instant noodles.
The only pro to staff accommodations is the gym.

Not only do they promote incompetence they reward bad behaviour (not showing up to work, calling in, or being late) 
I witness numerous people get promoted who should have gotten fired and watch them not promote or demote staff who definitely deserved to get promoted.

They resign contracts of people who should have gotten fired and ignore things like (fights, bad work behaviour, stealing or male workers harassing females)
Since it's not a CRMR problem they don't care since it's just a staff accommodation problem. they have had visits from RCMP. 

Housekeeping: If you want to get paid less than your supervisor when you do way more work than them apply here, housekeepers clean all the rooms and do "bags" at the end of the day while the supervisors sit around and complain how long the day was when they have only checked rooms and won't help do bags. Instead of jumping in and helping them do bags they just sit and complain. Complete laziness. 

If you're front desk, bellman, or a server you can't have any visible tattoos or piercings (I was lucky enough I could keep my nose stud in considering some workers have had to remove theirs)

If you do go through with working for this company I would recommend having a vehicle and apply in the summer since that's when you will make the most money. 

The only pro to this job is the hours and money during the summer/fall
would strongly recommend not applying in the winter as it's slow.

This place does not value you at all. The management is some of the worst I’ve dealt with in my life - no support, no flexibility, no trust. Not only do the managers take your money from you with an absurd tip out but they have been accused of even taking peoples individual tips. You do ALL of the work to tip out people who sit in their office the entire shift. Not only that, the hours are so inconsistent and they don’t support when you need to get a second job just to afford to live. Half of the time your “serving” shift is setting up events for $15/h when they have an entire events team that are paid to do that.  They’re manipulative, unsupportive and lack empathy. There are plenty of other companies that are worth your time but serving here is a waste of anyone’s time. 

If you’ve ever dreamed of working in a place where disorder reigns and supervisors prefer yelling over helping, you’ve found the ideal position! Don’t worry about getting support when you need it—because you simply won’t.

On top of that, the management is so “efficient” that there’s always unnecessary tension, baseless blame, and a constant feeling that you’re competing to see who can endure the most mistreatment. So, if you’re looking for an experience where disorganization is the daily norm and empathy is nonexistent—welcome aboard!

base on experience nothing, they well take advantage of your skills and time but no recognition and compensation

the bosses and the drama in the company they will stress you out especially if they do not like you they will find a way to get rid of you

they take pride of the DEI but they forget the actual welfare of their staff, not paid right, benefits is for the few and compensation is base on how much they like you not base on your actual work

drama and bickering, spying and micro managing others

This was the absolute work experience of my life I travel and have done housekeeping for years all over canada the way they over work and treat their employees is outrageous over worked under appreciated I would run from this job first day I started I asked other Co workers if they liked the job nonbody said yes this is the honest truth this place is horrible they also had 7 different housekeeping managers within 5 years also you work so hard and they take half your paycheck for whatever rent and all sorts of stuff my one check was 750 for week I got 300 of it just a big heads up don't work here

Great place to work! Excellent mentorship in food and beverage department!

The isolation can be tough so be sure to reach out to others for guidance.

Positive and encouraging - room for growth and skill development 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Take the “shuttle up the hill” to work - main lodge warm and inviting ! The guests are very friendly and polite - the food and rooms are top notch !

They do not give references**
I worked so hard for this company and when I had to go back home I used them as a reference 
To which HR responded "who?" "Who knows if shes a good worker? We dont give out references" 
I feel bad for the people that have been there for years because theres no one to back up the hard work you do...
They also do not help with PRs so any foreign workers just a heads up! 

You are just a number and there is extreme turn over of staff
Theres great people who come in - to work but stay only short time, they havent had a front desk employee stay since august 

I spent several years with the company and enjoyed all of it thoroughly. Yes, the location is great, the weather is nice and the customers can be lovely. But what made my time special there was the staff. We had a great team with experienced workers and wonderful management. As a family run company, I got to know the owners whom I had many chats with. My boss was a good friend (yet still tough), and the hotel manager was one of the hardest working men I've ever met. I'd gladly return.  

.Every morning check the order emails for any new orders to be picked and delivered. Make sure all product going out is on the mountain drivers truck and the city drivers delivery trucks. 

.I have learned the importance of the first in first out rule. 
Learning about different meat companies in the industry.

. CRMR Production Ltd is a small operation for a warehouse. 
Each day varies on a day to day production. The most enjoyable part of the job is the Monday to Friday work shifts and the people. Good people always make a good company. 

. Flexible vacation time

place used to be amazing there was a stand by each other mentality that was bordering on family then over the past 2 years this restaurant's culture has 180'd 

poor work place culture, management that argues and yells at staff. management here has told people they will only hire what they think is stupid people so they can treat them like garbage. one manager even said i wont quit here because i don't have to do anything any more. there are still a few good people at this establishment but the management is rotting this once amazing place.
