I was offered a position in the company and even informed them of my health issues which were not an issue during the interview process. However when i went to sign my contract i had been given a date for non-invasive surgery which would have required two weeks off. I was immediately told the position was no long available which i dont think is very professional especially since i was upfront about the health issue from the start and I wasn't aware if my surgery would even be this year.

My typical day at work is usualy begins with velding vehicles. I learned how to veld really well also i learned more about cars and different vihecles. My supervisers and managers are loyal and kind people they always understand, explain and helping me. The people who i work with are friendly and always ready to help me out. The most hardest part of my job is start up my shift after lunch time when your belly full.My favorite part of the job is that i work with vehicles and many other mechanical objects.

I did enjoy working there but it was hard always wondering if your job was secure. Company had many groups of lay offs in the past year. The company in general seemed very unorganized and had no particular strategy to reach their goals.

I did appreciate the opportunity they gave me for the time I was there and was always treated with respect.

My working day counterbalanced. I learned much about assembly of a metalwork. Management very often changes. My employees have respect for me. Difficult part to work I don't observe. As for me,the most pleasant part of work is assembly of new development.

Always learning something new , constantly looking for ways to do the job better and in less time management and fellow worker are good to work with and for best part of the job is knowing that a high quality product has been made.

Cancade was my first welding job and I think it is a great starter shop. they helped me through my apprenticeship and taught me all the skills a need to move forward with my career.

Great team of staff members working towards a common goal. This company is very well run and very progressive in their approach to servicing their customers.

I worked for this company for about 4 years and I will say that I liked everything at the beginning, until the management changed. After changing the leadership, it became very difficult to work.

I enjoyed the working environment and working with a large variety of people in the many aspects of the manufacturing facility. Overall this was a great place for me to advance my abilities.

great people, great job at the time, unfortunately I ended up on disability and was off work and the company was sold, so I was never able to go back there.
