Working at Cannapiece Corporation was, without exaggeration, the worst experience of my professional life. If you're considering applying here, RUN in the opposite direction. Fast.

First off, management is non-existent—either they're entirely absent or they're hovering over you like an overbearing relative at a family reunion. There’s no middle ground. Decision-making? More like decision-avoiding. The higher-ups are constantly shifting directions, leading to chaos, confusion, and countless wasted hours. Forget about organization or planning; everything is a guessing game, and you’ll always guess wrong.

The work environment is toxic, both figuratively and literally. The building itself is a dingy, poorly ventilated maze where you’re lucky if the equipment works half the time. And don’t get me started on the so-called “team culture.” The only thing the team agrees on is how miserable they are. Everyone’s out for themselves, and backstabbing seems to be the company’s favorite sport.

Compensation is laughable. If you enjoy working for peanuts while being underappreciated, this might be your dream job. Raises? Bonuses? HA! Those are mythical concepts here. Promotions are based on favoritism rather than merit, so you’re better off becoming besties with someone in power than actually doing your job well.

The work-life balance is non-existent. They expect you to be available 24/7, as if your personal life is just a quaint hobby to be abandoned at their whim. The amount of unpaid overtime expected borders on criminal, and they somehow have the audacity to frame it as “team dedication.”

In conclusion, Cannapiece Corporation is a soul-crushing vortex where ambition goes to die. If you value your sanity, career growth, or even the most basic level of respect, do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs

What is the best part of working at the company?
Dental, health coverage was easy to process.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
A certain elderly clerk who bullied every new woman in the company was the sole reason for many women quitting.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very time-conscious, fast-paced.with high expectations. Immediate perfection post-training was expected. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Rushes for order fulfillment.  Stressed,  uncomfortable work area as there weren't enough seats to go around for everyone.  High pressure on meeting quotas.

Temp to perm if your a company boy who will do anything, or if you get in with the In bunch. It's like being in high school. Pot culture is alive and well here. If you're a stoner you'll fit in just fine. There's dozens of managers that hover around all day making sure you bring in the numbers. So don't think you gonna sit back rolling dubbies all day while you chill. You will be constantly bothered all day by managers. And depending what room they put you in, you could be hearing music you don't even like. Favouritism culture here. The pay sucks and getting fulltime doesn't happen a lot.

It was light job and worked setting down

Too noisey and  some co-workers bullying.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
All room is very clean but too much pressure to reach the daily goal
 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
We had to work like machine but 
the specialist and her country people lazy to work and the specialist covered their laziness and mistakes.

Zero job security, low wages for VERRY dangerous work.  Read the comments by other people. In the past 3 months they have down sized  to cut costs  and cut corners on multiple things needed to keep a facility running proper. They got rid of security, the cleaning staff, most of the QA team to keep standards up. 
With new management  taking over, things just were got worse. Stay clear if this place if you have a passion for cannabis, you will lose that quickly. 



Cannapiece is a great company to work for.  The cannabis is always a forever changing industry.  The one thing that really sticks out, is the higher management on site are seen daily on site, and mingle with the front line staff.  They don't hide away from staff and have an open door policy here which can be hard to find.

If you value your life you would not work at this company. They drain you and the people up top have no sympathy for the fact that you are the reason why they make a lot of money. The management doesn't care about employees and they treat educated people like they are uneducated.

Managers don’t care for employees just care about numbers which adds to the toxic environment   

High growth industry with a lot of opportunities for advancement. Interesting industry to be a part of. Company goes above and beyond complying with COVID-19 protocols to ensure the workplace is safe.
