Do my job and go home without any problems.

Worked on and off at Caon through my apprenticeship. I worked at a select group of companies of my choosing and I kept coming back to Caon.  They are easily the best company I worked for.  Advanced through 1st year apprentice to account manager.  Great group of techs in plumbing and R&A/C.  Management make sure the techs are looked after and there is no "blame game" like you can see in other places. 

Plain and simple - Caon is a great company. The reason it’s great is that it has amazing managers that empower people to grow and improve. Management here genuinely wants to see each and every person succeed and it shows. 

I view my employment here as a privilege.  I’m happy every day working here and am part of an amazing team.

Service manager is one of the best guys you’ll ever meet in the business. 

Worked here for several years. Estimator hides in the shadows of the construction manager whenever a problems occur. Seriously an issue that needs to be addressed. Poor communication with the trades which leads to late completion on projects. Good pay, but there's far better mechanical contractors out there.

Caon Services has an unprecedented type of training in Calgary.  They take great care to ensure their men are learning the trade, through and through.  They pay top dollar and for good reason.  They want the best plumbers in Calgary, and have the best plumbers I ever worked for in the city.

Good outfit to work for. Good pay and benefits,  they treat employees well.
Only downside is they really try to avoid paying overtime.  They'll shift your hours around if you miss a day so they can save a few bucks.
If you don't mind pulling 12 hour days at straight time, this is the place for you.

Got hurt seriously on the job and had to go through a lot of therapy. I was laid off the morning after I came off WCB. Said there was a shortage of work but hired someone new that week. 
Whatever. 
They ended up having to pay severance. 

Very good community spirit around here, office let's you do your thing as long as you do a good job. 

Can be tough balancing work and home life at times, on call and occasionally nightshift  as with most any service position. But they do an okay job balancing it out. 

All in all they seem like one of the good ones. 

Work hard and enjoy your job and this is the job for you  , great team and fun environment. A wide variety of jobs and task to complete , from drainage to pipe fitting to soldering to service work. A little something for all

Great people to work with that are down to earth and understands that life happens. Great benefit package, and flexible time off (within reason). 
Management needs to figure out their chain of command, and hold all managers accountable.
