Worked here for 2 years as an Apprentice Technician and received invaluable training. Made a lot of of friends and the experience could not have been better. Started out in the wash bay and had to prove myself before being offered the opportunity for advancement.

Sales Department help craft the dealership's image. While selling vehicles is a big part of this, it still takes an outgoing and professional person to make the sale. Not only should sales professionals have a passion for vehicles, they must also know about finance and insurance options, as well as the state and federal laws pertaining to vehicle sales. First and foremost, however, they need to be able to comprehend the needs of the customer

Worked here for many years. I really enjoy the comradery on and off the job. The staff is fun and professional. Most of the staff have been there 10 plus years. Capilano Audi is a boutique dealership that changes with the times. It doesn't have a massive presence in size but makes up for it with great service and amazing staff.

If you want to work for a luxury brand that doesn't treat you as a number and gives you the opportunity to grow within then I highly consider applying. Great perks, awesome clientele and highly rewarding pay checks if you put in the work.

easy going coworkers however there were some salesmen who were to self involved that they'd step on anyone who go in their way. easy to talk to management staff.

It was an enjoyable experience. Even though I ended up leaving the industry I learned a lot about sales through the mentoring from the sales managers.

Pay is pretty average. Management doesn’t listen and don’t try to resolve concerns. Everyone is overly stressed and ready to explode on each other. People tend to not help each other.

just as the title states, coworkers were fine, but the management from upper level since dilawri took over is making it challenging to stay at this place

Great place to work, good culture, good leadership, good atmosphere. Nice place to learn and obtain different experience. Company also provides opportunities to grow.
