Just a complete mess of a company. If you’re hard worker they will only take advantage of rather than appreciate it. More drama then group of grade 10 girls and definitely the worst management I have ever seen in my life as well as some pretty useless union representatives as one is basically just managements helping hand. Unfortunately fairness is completely non applicable to this company. It may go by seniority but you find out quick that doesn’t matter. If you’re not favoured they find their ways to make sure you stay stagnant. 10/10 would never return even though it is great pay. 

I worked in the Customer Service/Logistics side of Capscanada. It was not a good experience. The pay and hours are normal but the work environment is toxic. To say employees are micromanaged would be a huge understatement. Management is not professional and the favoritism is obvious. The morale is low and anyone who isn't a favourite is always looking over their shoulder. 

This place is all smoke and mirrors! Looks great until you get your time in…Jekyll/Hyde anyone!? The management demands so much from you and don’t you dare make a mistake, or it will be held against you, for all your employment with this company. The union is junk and completely for the company, not the worker! Just beware!

It was a friendly place with a good atmosphere for learning and advancing within the company. Overtime was always available to those who wished it, and shift trades were easily made between employees.

The company paid well given that you were in that field for 2 years of experience and not switching to another position during that duration. The pay scale was good if you were in the top positions.

Toxic management and co-workers. Good pay, horrible treatment. Management talks badly about employees and lots of drama. Not worth it. Stay away if you can. Long hours and constantly scrutinized and scoffed at by management is no way to spend your work life. 

Overall I just didn't enjoy the content of the work. I found it to be very hard and tiring. I cleaned tanks and made boxes but on midnights I had to do two peoples jobs and found it to be very stressful and hard to get anything done. People are decent ...

Easy going but extremely hot
Had to wear a plastic uniform
Used a lot of math and reading skills to follow directions

It is a pharmaceutical factory. I used to work Continental shift, one month days and on month nights. Co-workers were in general good people. It was fun to work with them.
