You come in and punch in, select your break times if not already selected, log into your computer hope that it isn't slow because that really determines if you're late or not. The queue for calls seem to be always busy where you'll get one after the other, sometimes you'll need to deal with a disrespectful customer here and there but for the most part, as long as you compensate them appropriately it should be fine. Not every team leader is helpful but there are specific ones who are just the best. Working here for more than a year I've had my ups and downs but they're pretty flexible with your schedule and cater to your needs and I can say that working here has been a good experience for me. You can also pick up and give away shifts in the facebook group they have.

It is a simple job, sit down and take calls from hungry customers. It was a neat environment with friendly people all around; they come help you when you need it. Computers were sometimes slow but in the end it is a good job for students who need money.

Cara always offers you the flexibility to adjust your schedule almost anyway you want to fit your need, on top of the friendly and welcoming worker community that helps new order takers step by step from training to field practice.

I enjoyed going to work because many people were friendly and welcoming. I loved when customers on the phone were happy. Helping customers with their orders (customer service) gave me satisfaction when the customer hangs up happy.

to much complications with order taking and computers were very slow, some customers were very rude others were nice. overall a good experience.

you have the advantage of working from home but, you are only paid based on the number of calls you attend and overall salary is mostly under minimum wage sometimes exceeds it.

This is best suited for student in high school as they do not have huge obligations. Your availability needs to be open as a bilingual because you are person that can take any call

Bad management and environment. People are cut throat. Bad shifts.
Managers will never have your back and will never try to help you. Power tripping everyday

Great staff, great hours. You really get to learn how to deal with unhappy customers.
