Your day will start an hour to an hour and a half before anyone in management bothers to show up. When problems arise, the default solution is telling people to "work harder" - ironic, given most employees already put in 5-8 more hours a week than management does.
Growth and innovation are not valued here, and it's painfully obvious. The technology is outdated, processes are unnecessarily manual, and leadership leans heavily toward an autocratic, transactional style that feels decades behind the times.
If you're ambitious, this place will drain you. Nothing moves quickly, initiative is discouraged, and new ideas are treated more like threats than opportunities.
If your goal is to collect a (small) paycheque and mentally clock out the moment you leave, this might work for you.
And if compensation includes a bonus structure, be aware that you'll fight tooth and nail for every penny. I'd recommend negotiating a higher base salary instead of relying on a bonus. I was a top performer and made closer to the lower end of their advertised salaries.

This was a very difficult place to work at, With very little direction, communication, unreliable equipment,  jobs would most often be late, and/or completed incorrectly. 
There is absolutely no employee initiative (unless you are in sales) for hard work well done. (No "thank you's", no bonuses, no overtime.) 
Upper management would treat other employees inappropriately at any given time, and it doesn't seem to stop them even if it is in front of clients, which probably explains the insanely HIGH turn over rate of employees. 
It's a good temporary job I guess.

Forgot to mention this place is located in the most dirtiest part if the city. Not a pleasant place to walk to and from.

Great company that provides excellence in your career and learn and experiences new skills and gain knowledge. I have learned a lot of skills in this company and gain knowledge everyday. The management crew are awesome, supportive and always there for anything, they serve the best for the company to keep it running. As perhaps the people are awesome, multicultural and happy to work together. The most hardest part of the job is when you get stuck in a situation and don't know what the solution could be and how would you figure that out. The most enjoyable part of the job is when you successfully configure the problem!

Carbon Copy Digital is one of the most well run companies of it's kind. The staff work extremely hard to provide amazing turn-around on high quality product, and the sales staff work equally if not harder to earn long-lasting relationships with their clients. I like that there are  standards and expectations that are upheld within the management of the company, but it also means that those who lack emotional maturity are likely to take the criticism and blunt direction out of context and/or offensively.

Coming to work knowing I have support from my manager to help with any of my queries and a positive work environment is amazing. I feel heard and understood on the days that are harder and I need more time learning. The patience of my manager is amazing, and always willing to help me correct my mistakes. I enjoy coming to work every day and my efforts are acknowledged in a positive way. All of the people I work with work hard, and we all work together well. I have learned the different ins and outs of doing my job properly. 

Started off busy 3 years ago but with no communication with management and staff there has been a great loss of customers.  The main focus seems to just be on the sales team.  There were over 40 employees when I started and by the time I left there was about 15. I don't see this place staying afloat for much longer. Raise freezes are a regular thing here, and no where to move up.  Would not recommend.

I have learned and grown in my role, I feel really appreciated and valued by management and other team members. Open communication, teamwork and collective problem solving skills, everyone works together towards shared goals and support each other to achieve individual and team success.

steady work and seems to be enough work to maintain 40 hours a week. Basically come to collect cheque, very little advancement and not much evolution with respect to new equipment or new ways of doing projects.

Overall an okay place to work. A ton of potential to learn for a beginner. Very quick paced and high demand which would be fine if employees were more cooperative and management was more involved.

I am in the sales team and enjoy working for Carbon Copy Digital. The support from management has allowed my sales career to progress and my skill set to advance.
