I really feel lucky to be a part of carehop. I have learnt a lot by working in carehop agency not only my job skills but a big life lessons too. The founder of carehop is very humble and kind man i have ever met. He is my mentor in canada who always guided me to walk  on right path. 
Apart form that this agency helped me to get my permanent residence paper also which is a great help and i will always be thankful to michel for this. Also the working hours is sooo flexible and pay rate is very good. 
Staff at carehop is very polite and friendly and always listens carefully about the problems faced by the employees. This agency always have plenty of shifts. Above all they always help in transportation also in time of emergency help .
I am very thankful and grateful to this agency and have already recommended to many of my friends who are working right now.

After working at many organizations in the past, I will have to say that CareHop has proven to be the best at creating a work culture that motivates and supports their staff. When mistakes are made, which is inevitable, the CEO and staff always say, "If you made a mistake, that is okay. That means you are doing something and not doing nothing." This approach to mistakes has made me learn from my mistakes in a positive way. I found that I learned and improved A LOT because of the work culture that supports growth and learning.

The team is great to work with as everyone is always wiling to help. 

It is a very fast paced environment and constantly changing to keep up with the demanding needs. There is not much down time which makes the days fly by. 

Most of the team is currently working remotely but my role is in the office.  I enjoy the odd time one of our Care Givers has to drop in for something. I miss the days of the team in the office but we had to adjust to the times and ensure everyone's safety is priority. 

If you are looking for a fast paced, busy work place with a heart and want to work for an employer who is making a difference for their clients and improving the lives of the elderly, this would be a good match!



Wow Wow where do I even start from???? So far so good is really been a great pleasure working with Carehop. The company, the Management team helps , Encourages and brings out the best in you. Never even a day I had a complaint or feel less , the Journey has been a 100% . Even with excitement most often times I recommend lots and lots of people because I can't be the only one eaten this Cake, there's nothing like having peace at heart not necessarily about the salary most times but the joy and fulfillment knowing that your Bosses are great and always there to listen and lend a helping hands. CareHop Nursing & Home Care is a great place to work. Customers are wonderful people. The working hours are flexible, excellent staff and teamwork. Great job, growth opportunity. Learning and updating you counted. Communication is friendly and respectful between management and front-line workers. Also, you are valued as an employee. What is the best part of working at the company?
Supportive environment both professionally and personally. Management team is professional, prompt in communication, always a call away , very supportive. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I have not found any so far. They also respond to phone calls, book offs, concerns promptly to address the concern.

I'm happy with my job at Carehop Health Services. They provide good opportunities for freshers to learn at different healthcare settings. Moreover, the shifts at St. Michael's hospital is the best learning platform for new aspirants to refine the existing theortical as well as practical knowledge.

My time at CareHop is one I will never forget, as the company truly cares about each and every employee, ensuring that everyone is able to reach their true potential. The entire staff is wonderful, and I have had the opportunity to learn so much from my supervisor. It is a pleasure to have had worked at such a wonderful company!
