Poor company to work for. Nepotism is sky high. Friends of management get higher wages ($40/h) off the hop with zero experience. Everyone else is treated like garbage, harassed, called names, bullied, yelled at for nothing. They fabricate lies to get you into trouble to either lay you off, or fire you. They dont give raises. All around really REALLY bad company to work for.

The company send you to certain jobs because people are very racist at some of the job placements place you are sent to  I found the company doesn’t do anything about racism and how they treat there employees very good

The CEO runs this Company fairly and honestly. The safety culture is excellent and supervisors are totally on board with safety.This is an excellent place to work. The staff are carefully chosen and are great  to work with. Very fair pay for the work.

Everyone had a pretty good work dynamic and was very nice. Communication was somewhat lacking in some areas, but was pretty good for the most part. The whole crew for safety watch and cleaning were excellent to work with, and the foremen were really great.

This company is excellent for people just starting out in the construction trades. They have a great management team and are always willing to help out their employees.

It is an okay job hard working, but not that great to the employees but pays good and is very flexible. Always recommended the company to other friends and family

Not a good company to work for. Treat people like garbage and no  respect . If you hate yourself then you'll fit right in . Work like a dog and no thanks given

Management is terrible, but the actual employees are prettty cool. Work has slowed down so i wouldnt say its a stable and reliable job. Good luck, it aint all bad

To bad it is only a temp job would return in a heart beat, Great pay,  Great job, Great company, do not have a bad thing to say.

Very good company to work for. Would go back in a heart beat. Very family-friendly and it's very easy to get along with other employees as well as supervisors
