Great dispatcher,  good co workers,  honest discussions, we all play by the same rules

Finding freight in tough markets. Finding truck parking

Safety first, run legal, stat positive,  co operation

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Depends on job, as a driver always on the go, office is always multi tasking

Overall good place to work. Little bit of a challenge going  directly into into  cities often not your typical warehouse delivery. They’re good for paying on extra drops and layovers not many layovers quick return  loads.
Management goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and part of the team.

Very driver and safety oriented.  I always felt as a part of a team.  Nice company.

Can't really think of anything stressful other than the usual driver stress... 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very team oriented.  You feel like part of a family.

Was not impressed with Carmen's approach to dealing with interstating and picking up trailers in the USA for delivery to another State in the USA.  You can't do that, I had to say no I wouldn't do that under a lot of pressure and I quit the next week... I didn't tell them why I left but I can't use them as a reference cause they give me a bad one.

The equipment was well maintained. 
Some Texas and Florida trips.
trucks were equipped with fridge and power inverters.
Not always the best planning to allow for parking at night.  

I loved my time there until switching to payroll. Any Professional truck driver seeking and great work life balance and a respectful all inclusive work environment  and willing to accommodate payroll check should not hesitate to join. Good people, good vibe!

Family owned place that makes you feel as if youre apart of the family, highly recommended, no drama, fast paced. Getting to work on the TTC is no problem at all bus stop right in front of the building. Lots of room to grow.

I really enjoy working for Carmen.  The company and management really care about their employees and will always support you.  Great company culture.  

hated forced dispatch. seniority means nothing. Dispatch favoritism. Have to bend over for some dispatchers. Love the place with the right dispatcher.

Always work to do but dispatch are friendly and flexible. Owner is a great guy, staff is friendly and efficient. Workplace culture is excellent and it’s been enjoyable working here.
