I've been at Carpedia for about a year and a half. It's a great place to work. It's very much a Work Hard, Play Hard culture. The management do like to reward their employees, either through company swag, team building events and other activities. The people are the best part about working at Carpedia.They've always made me feel at home from Day 1 and I've learned a lot from first starting here.

It's very much a collaborative environment. I've found that if I don't know how to do something, there's always someone willing to help and vice versa.

As we have consultants all over, it can be difficult to meet everyone because consultants travel a lot and people work remotely, but Carpedia makes an effort to host events every year for everyone to get together in one place. Overall, I've had a lot of fun working here and it's been a great experience. I couldn't recommend it more.

Carpedia International is a company with great leaders, mentors, and colleagues. The family-like culture makes working fun and rewarding. It is a work hard play hard environment that is very rewarding with opportunities to travel, try new things, get exposure to different industries, and work face-to-face with top clients and executives.

Your opportunities to advance both in and outside of the company grow exponentially when you work with Carpedia, and the amount you will develop even in your first six months cannot be understated.

Carpedia is a great place to work if you like to constantly learn new things, work with different kinds of people, and challenge yourself. The people are exceptional and the team works well together to deliver great results to clients. They have a strong delivery culture and truly work hard, play hard.

I have worked at Carpedia for a little over a year now and so far I have nothing but great things to say about the company. Some points worth noting:

- Very strong and Team driven culture with "work hard, play hard" attitude
- Travel is 100% and not for everyone, but there is the opportunity to visit many different and diverse businesses and cities across North America
- Truly a merit based company with a lot of opportunity for exposure and growth
- There are some wonderful people who work here

Great management. Goals set were attainable and duly rewarded when achieved.  Bonus structure was excellent.  Enjoyed the challenge of booking meetings with Presidents, CEOs and C-Level Executives. Teamwork in generation of company revenues is rewarding.

Like most consulting firms, Carpedia is work-work driven approach to projects.

Expect long work hours, I mean 18 hour days, and lots of travel.  Good if you earn miles.  

The learning is extenssive and a great place if you enjoy numbers. 

Great team of intelligent colleagues. Terrific support.  Flexible working environment. Good benefits.  First class corporate events. Worked with Salesforce program.

Too much travel, not enough real consulting.  This business operates more on head count reduction to reach forecasted savings quotas then actual, sustainable process improvement.
