What is the best part of working at the company?
I think the best part was how well all the stuff got along and how cool are boss was

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I guess that would have to be during the rush hour. Just being on the ball and making sure that I don't make any mistakes.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
I enjoyed working there. I really did. I'm not just saying that. It was a good environment. Everybody was there for many, many years. Waiters, Cooks, boss, boys  So everyone got a long well. I always felt at home over there and cared about and appreciated

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I just coming in cleaning my section. I was working as a waiter making sure the sections are stocked, napkins, cutlery, etc. Make sure glasses are clean. Then we would take care of the customers when they would walk in. Give them the best service that we could and at the end of the night, clean our section, restock our section and head on home

Horrible power-hungry management. Management sometimes tries to con employees into paying them for less hours than the actual amount of hours worker. They are constantly obnoxious with their staff. (As a result?) Staff members are very competitive and mistreat each other because of it. Terrible work schedules for students.

Worked for about a year at Casa Grecque Boucherville, the people you’re working with are screaming at you ! The boss Steve was a midget piece of shit, didn’t pay all my hours and often was trying to threat you about losing your job. Pierre the waiter had anger issues, do not work here. Happy I’m not working here anymore

The hours are very late compared to other waiter gigs. The management isn’t the best in pointe claire and the service fees paid by the customers will not be shared amongst waiters you will only get tips from guests although to compensate for this you will have minimum wage rather than below minimum with big tips.

Great place 
but like other restaurants you are their to preform and make cash
so their are times where you will get yelled at and sometimes the hours are pretty late 

just requires thick skin

Going to work was always amusing, never a dull day there, never an issue to go in even for overtime hours, good people and good management.Hardest part of the job would be the long hours, usually always working till 12:30am-1:30am .

Employees are kind, the restaurant is busy during the evening so your shift go by quick! no breaks, no meals and poor management. they provided no training or uniform.

The people you get to work with there are nice and helpful on your first day when you have no idea what to do. The manager is also nice and the hours are flexible.

The establishment where I worked was run by an immigrant. This is not a problem in and of itself, however, the boss did not really consider the workers. There was little respect for employees and a lot of verbal abuse.

Good place to work,good hours,good salary,boss are very nice. Great food. You should all go work there. The customers are amazing and you get hefty tips.
