calm work without pressure and a measured working day, although physically demanding work

you don’t know what object will be in line and how long you will work, maybe 30 minutes or maybe 2 hours

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
good, but there is also a minus for me, as a Ukrainian, it is difficult to understand Canadians, but they don’t want to explain

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I come to work at 7 in the morning and go to the facilities and work until we finish the non-standardized schedule, sometimes it’s 5 hours of work and sometimes it’s 14 hours

Too much to go into regarding this place, you will need accept the double standard of management who are more than willing to punish you for mistakes they sweep under the rugs for themselves. Head office is always professional, but Edmonton location has been plagued by staff issues for nearly a decade and they just can't seem to stop replacing the problematic staff, with a new, and equally problematic replacement. Very frustrating place to work. I'd avoid it if I were looking for a position that this business has a vacancy for.

A typical day starts at 7 AM and working as a team to solve issues and help out wherever is needed.  I learned a lot about waterproofing and the glazing industry as well as open sharing about how the company is doing towards our goals. Management is clear about what they are looking for and most people get along very well together. The company looks for growth every year from sales people which is reasonable as costs always go up. I really enjoyed getting to work with a lot of different people and feeling like I always had the year of my boss if needed.

Good environment at work, if stressful at times. Workers support each other for the most part, despite petty fighting among different divisions. Management does good work to maintain an excellent environment, by providing company trips and incentives. Top management is excellent at pleasing people. Not a bad place to work, though customers are very demanding/pervasive.

Working in outside sales my day was my own to structure as needed.

It's truly a team environment where everyone collaborates and supports one another. The company places a strong focus on building a positive workplace culture, making coming into the office enjoyable. They also prioritize growth opportunities for employees who want to advance. Highly recommend!

Has amazing management team and owners. You have the chance to learn a lot about the industry and get many new skills. Loved all the opportunities I had while there but unfortunately a lot of people do not get held accountable for their actions which can turn into a hostile work environment. 

Awesome company to work for. the owners get involved with the staff and make it a great company worked for a couple years for this company and then had to take sick leave. but would work for this company again in a heart beat.

Staff is like family. Lots of perks and lots of fun working with a very close group of fantastic individuals. The culture is rich and very positive...

Pretty good work environment, nice people, productive, decent work/life balance. Management was questionable at times and salary left a lot to be desired.
