I have been working with this company for approximately 15 years and have a great working relationship with my co-workers.  The management team works hard to try to ensure that problems are addressed in a timely and efficient manner and take safety seriously. 
 There are a number of long term employees at Cascade.  The pay and benefits are fair and they also have a bonus structure in place for all employees.  This bonus is received monthly and helps provide me with an opportunity to put some money away for future retirement.  In my previous jobs bonuses were only available to top management team members so it is nice to see that the little person is recognized for the hard work we do as well.  The hardest part of the job right now is with COVID having to wear face masks all day and the heat.  Also, the mandatory Saturdays we have been working can be tiring.  Overall I like my job, the people I work with, pay I receive and am thankful to have steady reliable employment.  Overall - Great Place to Work!!! 

Job is a standard factory job with lots of manual labour, pays great, but the people there are toxic. There is little to no help from management, and when you have an injury, expect to be put through the ringer and be made out to be the bad guy

Cascade is a top notch company with great pay and benefits. Room for advancement is next to nil if you're not related to someone higher up. Alot of family second and third generation. The place is an absolute rumor mill so keep to yourself.

Many long term employees at Cascade.  Hardly anyone leaves.
Rumour Mill can be annoying - don't listen to gossip.
I have been treated fairly and I think that most have been also.
No place is perfect.  


I worked here a long time ago. Great place to work and grow. I worked with the projects and the maintenance department. The management gives you room to learn and often also pays for additional training.

My time at cascade was very pleasant, the team was very supportive in helping me grow into and learn the business.  The top end of management was not as supportive to new ideas and improvements.. 

The people aren't bad(though a few bad apples can ruin the bunch). The work can be extremely repetitive at times, or stressful depending on the state of the machine. Paid breaks is nice but they are short.

In the short time I was there I found this a good company to work for in terms of work and life balance.  Good salary and benefits.  Co-workers were friendly and helpful.

Lol was a great place to work till they hired the idiot production manager they have now.....      place went from enjoyable place to work, to only sticking it out for the paycheck.

Good. Small factory everyone know each other good environment good lead hands. Bbq a couple time in summer. Good place to grow if you put effort on it.
