Typical day is working on issues (bugs, features, etc.) assigned by leads through bug tracker.

Learned a lot about dealing with technical debt and keeping things running.

The company is currently "going agile," has a new CTO position, and is adding staff. Have to see how that pans out. Innovation in new products and features is a bumpy road but keeps things interesting.

People are friendly and nice. It can be hard to find significant product or technical leadership the way it is now but on the whole management and leads are not too bad for most teams.

Hardest part of the job is dealing with the problems that go along with  maintaining a fast pace. It is very customer-focused. 'Doing the minimum' to keep up and get it out the door is entrenched in some places and is frustrating to deal with when it affects your work.

The most enjoyable part of the job is the programming. You get a good variety of features and bugs to work on. There are many things to improve on and that can be very satisfying (if you can get the chance).

CaseWare is a great place to start your career, but salary and benefits are significantly below market rates and product vision is not very clear. There is always confusion and things are constantly breaking. Systems are very complex and specialized. Although there is a shift to adapt cutting edge technology, there is always difficult with execution. Overall there is a very relax environment and expectations are very reasonable. Very difficult to advance internally, since promotions and higher positions are given to people hired externally.

CaseWare is a relaxed environment where people don’t care much about growth. It is a place riddled with politics. If you bond with the right person you will get promoted regardless of your qualifications and contributions to the company. If you don’t know the right person then you will keep working at the same level and bare minimum appraisal amount despite of your best performance. Marketing department is terribly messed up as they have no clue what to do next. They just keep launching email campaigns to existing customers. Product keeps breaking and they are OK with that. 

A nice place to work. Free coffee, flexible hours, including working from home a day a week, monthly socials with free food and drink.

Laid back atmosphere but might be changing. Currently undergoing agile transformation and pains associated with that (new management hierarchies and reporting arrangements, new ways of working, pressure to deal with daily standups etc).

Pay: generally lower than average but I got higher than average, not sure if they like me or what. But anyways apparently the pay is there if you have guts enough to ask and they like you. If not well ...

It's pretty easy to get along with people from several departments and teams here, but while several chat platforms and message forums are full of the low-level employees keeping track of what's going on, management still doesn't know who's doing what, and who's actually contributing to a lot of the work that's getting down around the company.
Agile development cycle has also been chaotically implemented in a non-agile fashion.

Typical work day involved: 
Maintenance of the automation test suite. 
Writing new tests based on business requirements. 
Defect tracking and collaborating with developers to find solutions.

The co-workers are a group of intelligent, well-rounded professionals.
Management will teach you a lot about the products and try to be transparent about what is coming from upper management.

One of the best working places I have been to.
Everyone is very supportive if you ever get stuck in your work load.
Work pressure is almost negligible if you work normally everyday.
No restrictions on in out timings which make the company as the most flexible one I have ever been to.

Great company to kick start your career. Management is good with clear guidelines. I've learned how to handle different customers requests with respect and integrity, how to multitask, and to prioritize. 
The most enjoyable part of the job was the opportunity to learn software applications like CRM, CaseWare, Google Docs.

Poor onboarding.
Very high staff turn around.
Poor management (big time)!
Not trustworthy!
There is little to no support and collaboration.
Their slogan is about honesty but the fact is i lost my job there for simply being honest!
