It’s a decent place to learn the ropes of the business. It doesn’t really let you go up in the business and if you do there isn’t any benefits, you HAVE TO have your phone on 24/7 to be available for calls. No vacation hours. You are promised a raise after 6 months if you have had a good review that never happens. You’re given incentives for getting sales that are never given out. I still hadn’t gotten a gift card and such from last August I was promised. It is not very family/work balanced. I had to leave briefly due to Covid and no childcare and also being pregnant and once I returned I was treated different and had my hours cut from 38-40 a week down to 12-15 and I was told I couldn’t have anymore. I was basically punished.  They have unrealistic goals they give you everyday and if you don’t meet them then you get yelled at and belittled. They often push you to tell lies so they can build their loan book because that’s all that matters . If someone you deal with doesn’t want the instalment loan after all they keep calling and pushing you to call the customer and make them take it and tell you to tell them anything you can to push them to take it.

If you like a fast paced environment where you can help people and bring them a smile then this job is for you!
I have been with the company as a Branch Manager for 3.5 years. I find this job very rewarding as I can help people get their finances in order and build their credit.
Is there alot of work? yes. 
Do you have call customers to remind them of payments and have them come in to clear up their files? Yes. There is satisfaction when you can finally help these customers and get them back on track.  
Is the work environment fun? You bet you it is! We work together as a team. 
Is there bonuses and incentives to supplement your wage? There sure is, you have to work for it.  I love seeing the look on my staff's faces when I let them know they have gotten their bonus.  
Do you work in a secured environment? Yes you do, you are protected. The only draw back for some is, we do not leave for the duration of your shift, so bring your lunch. 
There is advancement if you want it, but again you have to want it and work for it.

While working at Cash4You it was very relaxed in the sense of our customers, you would call to remind them of their outstanding loans or over due accounts, you would process loans, check cashing, and western union transactions. Being with cash for you I learned a great deal about these services how that work and money handling on a larger scale. However the management in this work place is very biased towards employees, favoring one over the rest. The hardest part of working here was mostly the drama between the girls in such a small office. Still however I did enjoy my time working here and the most enjoyable parts would be bonding with a customer or helping them threw a hard time.

I enjoy working at the company because I work with an excellent team.
However, it's a revolving door of employees- including upper management. As such, it is very difficult to figure out simple daily tasks as the person you are supposed to report to is different month to month with no notice.
There are no benefits, pension, sick days or option for vacation time. Most stores are under staffed so calling in sick always leads to issues (working a double shift, write ups, etc.).
The company now is essentially a call centre- it was no like this 2-3 years ago. 
Would recommend if you are interested in Sales and like to work with a small team of people.

A typical day at work is helping every customer that comes in to the store to use our services, I learned a lot from this company and most of all learmed from customers stories as well. As part of management, I make sure that am available to answer and help my staff with any trouble shooting they may have, the hardest part of the job is losing a customer because not all effort and solutions have been offered and it would be most enjoyable if I was able to help them with a service and leave the store smiling.

Loved most every one of my colleagues. Loved the customers and the encouragement to create true connections with customers.
You do not get lunch or break. Be sure to bring food because once youre in youre locked in till end of shift. Eat when you can. You will never see your so called bonus incentives.  
If you want to spent majority of your day calling the same cluster of people 3 times a day and hetting yelled at, this is def. For you.

Poor management & high employee turnover ratio, Company lacks human resource department, chance of betterment and growth is null and void. good place to start your career.
i have witness that they have dismissed their star employees during pandemic.

Everyone at Cash4You has a great attitude including the manager. 
The people who work here are fantastic and I have built many long lasting relationships that will hold a lifetime. Upper management is very understanding and always there to help.

Its an amazing place to learn about lending products and about banking.

I love the job as I am always challenged for the target as well as the real time report that we are apprised of any feedback anytime.

The culture is very amazing as once can balance social life and work life as the company is providing avenue for development.

Benefits wise, the company is not generous in giving to the performers.

I work before the pandemic in the company. The rate is minimum. There's not a raise in the salary during my time. I became a manager and  my rate was fixed. When the province change the minimum to $14 my CSR received more pay than I do. It was a bad 3 years experience. But the first year I would say was a little good since I formed friendship with some co workers.
