I would not leave if I had the option to stay. I need to return to school, and I already miss my colleagues.

I’ve worked for a lot of companies in my working life but Cavalier is by far the best. I’ve spent the last 16 years here and have felt appreciated for my work . They do not pay the highest but it is reasonable. There are monetary bonuses and the odd gift in appreciation of our work. 
All the trucks are maintained very well and if you have a problem it is looked at immediately.
Some guys might not share my view of Cavalier but in my experience, the job you do and efforts you put in are recognized.
Great place to spend 20-25 years.

Overall a great place to work. Home everyday and weekends off unless they ask you to work but that doesn't happen to often and there is always someone who wants it. We never have the same day twice which is a bonus. Management is approachable. Good coworkers very helpful. Hardest part of the job is doing Toronto LTL which doesn't happen to often and the best part is going different places everyday 

Great place to work if your looking for a full or part time job that’s always consistent and always has work to be done. Working day shift involves more “hand bombing” and general labour where night shift is majority operating your forklift. Overall great place to work all employees are kind and helpful we all work together to get work done so don’t be afraid to ask questions

Don’t apply here. Drivers are not appreciated. Raises are given to some and not all drivers. Recently letters tanking certain drivers for working over covid were given out to a handful of drivers, specially the slower ones . Moral is low and most drivers are currently looking elsewhere or debating walking off the job. 

This is a good job to get your foot in the door supervisor are amazing managers are ok unfortunately They don’t pay well at all no matter how long you have been there they start people the same wage as people who have been there for years definitely not fair to all the very hard working employees they have  

I worked nights, doing switches for another day driver, every night 8 hours on the 401. My co-worker were great always had a good laugh with them, hard workers. my Co-driver was a very hard worker and a great family man. Always had a new truck every 2 years and was always treated as a team player

You will never feel more "at home," ... A true love of coworkers - management included - fair, challenging but not ulcer inducing work.
A lot of thoughtful gifts & incentives, grew 3 times in 5 years. A family company. If you can suffer the lack of income - it's perfect.

Nice coworkers. Good training. Organized. Lots of room for advancing, but low salaries for hard workers.
Safety is priority. Dispatch is good. Always lots of work. Some corporate events such as Golf, Racing, and holiday parties.

Enjoyed collection duties and credit analysis
Enjoyed dealing with many new people on a daily basis, and working with Sales team on new accoutns
