What is the best part of working at the company?
The people that I worked with were amazing and the management that I dealt with were good 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I personally did not find anything about the job stressful ,most of the work was like clockwork but when it rains it pours 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Open door policy and anything we needed to do the job we got 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Work break work break work break and so on all kidding aside make sure the lines run and doing pms and computer work. Sums up my day

my day of work starts at 6am till 6pm, have daily checks to do on oil tanks an levels,, chemical inventory , get more out if needed, ect mix alcohol to a level allowed in a food plant an also javex. ,, fix all hoses in the 2 food plants, may be adding a few feet, to crimping new fittings on.. could be hanging pictures to plumbing, to snow removel an salting, I work with one other guy an we just take calls togeather all day,, no job to big or small, we do them all,, the hardest part would have to be is keeping up with the irving standard of his plant,, we do are best in everything we do, an it great meting new people an helping with there issues

I been work there for the past 6 years i love the co-workers there grate to get along with and with new Comer it grate we can teach them.an help them understand how we work the bosses r easy to get along with an help u in any way they can It my best job I have ever had cause were all like family any problems you have there always someone there to help u it better to ask questions then not to you can always call or text the boss it better to know wht your doing and the best thing is everyone respects you there. And you make 14.65 an hour with a extra 2 dollar for not quite or getting hurt.


The people you work with are great however...toxic work managementespeciallyin shipping, stay away!!
Management are picked off the street have no sweet clue what is going on and treat employees like trash.
The work itself isn't bad, pretty straightforward if you can deal with micromanaging from supervisors. 
Hardest part of the job was going in and staying for a full 12 hour shift... especially with the supervisor on crew A&D in shipping.
Cavendish is a great place to earn a living... if you can put up with being belittled daily by the supervisor.

Will cavendish in Prince Edward Island the best part of working is team work. Its nice to work in this company and the people.

The stressful part about working at the company is long hours a day.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment is very noisy inside the warehouse.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I like to work every day  in this company.  the people are friendly.

While working for cavendish farms in Lethbridge I was able to challenge my self daily as I continued to learn the process, I've been here for a while now, and ive learned many things, good place to work if you are a motivated individual and willing to learn. There is some downsides but those are opinions of mine and it depends what department you may work in, give it a try and see if cavendish farms is for you. 

This is a perfect description! =>there was a double standard, and certain people were allowed to disregard the rules. was hard to know which set of rules to follow. supervisors were nice for the most part but once again depended on who you were. if they liked you, then you had no worries but if they took a dislike then you had to watch your back cause they would write you up and punish you for minor infractions so as to build a case to have one fired.

Fast pace, always try to find something to do.
I learned a lot, How to get along well with others, how to comunicate with others, and admit when you are wrong. Management and the floor need to associate more, management seemed to be better then employees. They never seemed to have the time for employees. Getting a job posting was difficult because management didn't want certain people move up the ladder. I loved my job, i enjoyed working with people in general i enjoyed working with Cavendish.

This is the best managed and most responsive company I have worked for.  The shifts are very long as the season is so short. However, there really is nothing negative to say. The company and staff are safety focused and supportive of new employees.  There are plenty of opportunities to learn. The position is well paid. Overall, a wonderful employment experience. The only downside is that it's seasonal.

12 hour shifts that can be very demanding but rewarding at the end of the day.  I've learned great management skills, how to trust in myself, and working with others.  Hardest part of the job is the shift rotations between days and night.  But the feeling of working with others as a team and working towards achieving results is very satisfying.
