After getting a brief summary about the client's condition ,go and assess client,discuss about the needs and problems.Report it as necessary.Provides nutrition as routine.help those who cannot eat by themselves ,Record it right after the care.Help them in all their daily activities.Assess the ability to do by their own.Help them to achieve their self esteem.Record how patient co operated with the care. Attending call bell as quickly as possible and report it .Providing emotional support to the clients.Always give more priority to human considerations.

Cawthra Gardens is a great place to work. It's not just a general statement because I've worked at Cawthra Gardens since February 04, 2008.

Within the past 9 years that I've been working here, I've had the opportunity to advance my skills, and apply to new and different positions.

I have also have to opportunity to gain different perspectives from our residents, staff, families, students, and leaders on the management team.

Great teaching place for students coming out of college to finish off the course. Very knowledgeable and informative! Hardest part would be that the residents find it hard to communicate back or that they are not able to help them selves in the slightest bit.

A typical day at work is calm and enjoyable

Overall, it was good experience as i learned various things over there about my job which will definitely help me out in my future.I loved their management as their management is very helpful for employers who work over there.

Cawhra gardens is nice place to work. The nurses and PSW's are helpful and there is good communication and team work among them. The hardest part of the job is when a resident passes away.

This place suppose to be example for others. I used to work there few years ago and I was so happy there. Management is excellent and they keep this place going. Fantastic team, friendly and helpful. Great memory and wonderful experience.

Great LTC home with a strong management group. 
Day to day operations revolve around residents first and this is our true objective to ensure all of our residents needs are met.

I worked on at team of two of us and we had 4-6 residents that we were responsible for. 
I had a great experience working with different lift's ex. sit to stand, Hoyer lift.
co-workers were good to work with.

It was a good experience! Was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the building! Staff is good an kept in a good schedule for the people living there.
