This may have just been my experience with the specific location I worked at, but in the time that I was there I never had contact with anyone higher in the company than my manager (who was an extremely controlling person with no understanding of boundaries), so my general experience with the company is possibly not a reflection of the whole.

Ultimately I left because I was not receiving adequate hours, I was being treated badly by management (called when I was not at work about things that could have absolutely waited; yelled at for not finishing an outrageous workload while on the floor alone for half my shift; never feeling like I could come to my manager when I was unsure about something; etc.), and I generally did not fit into the culture that the company was trying to cultivate.

Once again the experience might not be universal, so if you’re okay with a very strict business casual dress code and dealing with older women who have nothing better to do than berate you for simply existing in a way they deem unattractive, it’s a fine place to work. The downtime was nice.

They really stress you out for not making a sale, I work the evening shifts, not a lot of people would come in. Most of the times people would walk in look at the price and leave. If you like free you wont get any, if you have a day there’s a 99% chance the manager will call you to replace her because she has stuff to do. They also change your schedules and not even tell you about it. They wouldn’t respect the times you are not available. I had a co-worker who just started college made her come every single day (evening shift) to work on days she couldn’t make it because the manager and another coworker dont do the closing shift because “they would come home later than usual”...literally 30 minutes later but whatever. This job is too stressful, had poor management, they hired you on the spot because they were desperate so you can tell it’s not a good job & the hours are not the best. The only thing I liked about this job was the interaction with the customers, you’ll get to know your regulars.

I worked here for a month and initially received praise from management for how quickly I learned. However, despite everything, I was suddenly fired on the spot without warning or explanation—meanwhile, a white coworker who was frequently vaping in the back was allowed to stay. The way I was treated felt completely unfair and unprofessional. It’s disappointing to see favoritism at play in the workplace. I wouldn’t recommend this job to anyone looking for stability or fair treatment.

I have worked in retail sales for almost 10 years and I would have to say this is probably the worst job I've ever had.  Management is awful doesn't care about staff always making staff feel bad because of sales. This job comes with a little bit of commission but you actually don't get it if you let someone else ring your stuff in. Poor workplace.

The manager didn't tell me why she laid me off and even though I wasn't there for long she didn't give me my two weeks in advance. They always changed the schedules and they didn't advise they're employees. A lot of employees also had problems with the manager and some of them quit.

I had a very negative experience working at Cazza Petite due to its highly toxic environment. The management was disorganized and ineffective, leading to constant miscommunication and unrealistic expectations. There was a clear lack of respect for employees, with little to no appreciation for hard work or well-being.

Did not love working there but definitely good flexibility in the hours considering my position as a student. The reorganization of the manager and the lack of care for employees well-being was quite problematic for me.  

I only worked evening shift. It wasn't very productive because not a lot of clients came into the store. I learned how to iron clothes and work with the cash so that was a plus for me.

Most interesting part of the job was interacting with customers, many of whom developed a personal relationship with me. Excellent selection of merchandise.

i love my boss, my coworkers, and the customers. very friendly and inviting place to work. flexible hours when needed. support of the manager and coworkers, life long friends made while working here.
