Lie to you a lot and don’t do anything about problems there. They had oil leaking all over the floors for months because there mechanics didn’t turn a loose pipe they make sanitation do everything while workers don’t wear gloves and put hands in bottles then fill them and drop stuff all over. They also think you should work 9 hours to get paid for 8 they constantly are trying to lower your pay while most people just sit in there phones around you. Over all factory is very dirty and don’t clean properly for allergies probably end up hurting someone with there food.

Serve as regulatory contact person responsible for coordinating customers and interfacing with leading food stores/customers, suppliers, FDA government officials, CFIA, and laboratories to ensure that safety regulations are met. Verify incoming labels and packaging artworks against regulations, including Food and Drug Regulation, Consumer Packaging and Labelling Regulations, Processed Products Regulations and CFR21. Manage execution of nutritional information, update supplier approval list and specifications, and health/nutritional claims for R&D samples and approved products.

Very aggressive and vulgar environment.  Management talks down to employees - yell and humiliate them in front of other employees.  Communication is inexistent amongst departments and team members - Management turns people against each other.  It is a place that has a negative environment with Management treating you like children and yelling at you for every small thing.  Near to no benefits - they tell you that they give you benefits but their benefits are a tiny portion or allowance - incomparable to any other company. Wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to work for this company.

Very low pay for their lead hand position compared to their competitors. Was told it is an entry position. Then told they give only $575 per year for ALL benefits for the whole year after 3 months. That's like ONE dental visit! What about vision? What about prescription drugs? Massage? FORGET IT! Shame on them! 
She even tried to talk me into the position by saying I can make lots of money with over time. even did the math at the low wage. Who wants over time? People want a proper wage for the position.

Fast-paced environment with career-growth potential.  Company has worked hard in the last year to improve and it shows.  New benefits program, matching RRSPs, 5-S, employee appreciation events, and pay increases .  Senior leaders actually go on the production floor and ask how you're doing and ask for input.  
Building and equipment are old, but money is being spent to update and improve.  It's hot in the summer, not for everyone, but it's a good place to work.

A micromanaged company who will kill somebody someday. OMG, one will puke if you’d see how the products are being produced. Employees are being tortured mentally and physically. Vulgar senior management and operation drivers. CFIA is being cheated and human life for them is valueless. This company perfectly defines the term Modern day slavery.

Overall, it is a great place to work in but is hard to manage work-life balance as coworkers repeatedly call you when you're at home. Other than that, there is a great support system if you choose wisely of who to become friends with. I would recommend this job to anyone who has just come from outside of the country as it gives you a real change in advancement & a very well-rounded job security.

I worked at Celtrade for a few months. It is a terrible place to work.
People are hard to work with and there is no teamwork. People are constantly arguing in the plant.
They also have a major issue with flies and pests.
I would never ever tell someone to apply here. Way too many temps and constant bickering.
There is no control over anything here...people, products..nothing

They make you work for those things which you are not even hired for. There is lot of politics in the company. They expect you to work till late nights. Be ready to take false allegations and be ready for the stress. They pretend to be very cool but its all a lie. Do not join this company. They are sham liars. Worst company ever.

My immediate boss was a good person in nature. But the overall environment was very stressful. A lot of politics in the company. The culture was not inclusive.
