Don't quit your current job for Centoco, because chances are that they will fire you in the first couple weeks. It's a small factory, with maybe 12 press operators per shift maximum. Sometimes they might fire 4+ people from any given shift a week. The turnover rate is insanely high and they fire people for ridiculous reasons. (ie they won't train you properly and then they'll fire you for making a small mistake that they didn't even tell you about. They'll run your machine faster than necessary all day and watch you not be able to keep up and then fire you at the end of the day for being slow on your first week. They'll fire you if you get sick even if you bring a doctors note. They'll fire you if your kid gets sick.) And the pay is garbage for how hard they want people to work, and how little understanding they offer people. The supervisors have no people skills, and they think everyone is an expendable robot. The factory is dirty even as far as factories go. The machines are old and constantly break down/cause bad parts to be produced, but they blame you for the subpar products. Everything in the place is broken, right down to the tape dispensers, making your job way harder than it has to be. The bathroom is disgusting even as far as factory bathrooms go. The company just doesn't care about people.

I worked there back in 2021 but I had to leave it due to an emergency relocation in my personal matters. It was devastating leaving such a great job behind and I still think about it a lot. I actually miss the people there and I actually miss working there, I had feelings about that job I never had at any other workplace. Don't ever turn down working for this company! It's a hidden gem! 

They don't allow you to wear protective gloves when handling the hot plastic. They compare it to working as a cook in the kitchen. No cook burns their palms and finger while touching each piece every time.
I had a over the phone interview. Nobody showed me around or gave me the safety run down of the building.
Even the co-workers talked about how they don't like working there. 
Starting pay is minimum wage and jumps to $3 more after 2 yrs. Which is the max pay offered.
Not worth the job and they don't follow the safety protocol heat to skin contact.

I feel working at Centoco Plastics was a great idea for my type of work. The jobs I had there such as press operator were a great fit for my skills. The only problem I found was lack of teamwork and communication when it came to resolving complications within the factory. I just feel working as a team most of the time gets the job done at a much more organized pace.

Don't leave your job for this place. I worked for this company for 6 days before firing me. I've seen 3 people get fired before I got fired. They don't train their employees well. The machine speeds are so fast that you can barely keep up. They blame you for all the scratches on the part, but their presses, I swear are from the 80s. They never gave me the chance to improve myself.

fast paced on demand production facility , plastic injection company world wide manufacturing of toilet seats , very out dated equipment always in need of repairs , lots of down time , high stress environment

i loved this job because time went by fast we were so busy and production got fasrer, it was a challenge.good salary and great management..i was a machine opertator and did packaging in different departments.cleaned up aqnd got everyone ready for next shift which wer days, afernoons and midnights.

Operated injection molding press in a fast-paced environment producing 250 parts. 
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunction and either repair equipment or arrange for technical support to complete repairs.

The manager and other employees were all very supportive and more than willing to help me learn. The work load could be a lot at times but over all it was manageable and I never felt too overwhelmed.
